Driving with Gaibar
It was my first time driving after a 2 month hiatus. For the first 30 minutes of the lesson, he assessed my driving, informing himself on what he thinks I need to work on. With 20 hours of driving under my belt he trusted me on the road which made me feel comfortable, and was always ready to interfere and/or inform me on what I did wrong. By the end of the lesson, we were both on the same page on what I'm comfortable with, what needs little work, and what needs prioritising. Under his mentorship, I feel incredibly confident that I will pass my test in due time. I look forward to driving with him again next week!

A SCAM
I booked and paid for a driving lesson in advance and spent over a day trying to contact the instructor through calls and WhatsApp with absolutely no response. The phone was unreachable and I received no communication before the lesson.
The instructor only contacted me after the scheduled lesson time had already passed to say he had been abroad for six weeks. I honestly do not understand how lessons were still available to book if he was unavailable the entire time.
I arranged my day around this booking and expected a professional service, especially considering payment was taken upfront. Being informed only after the lesson time had passed is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
To make matters worse, I have still not received any support or response regarding my refund request.
This is a scam, would not recommend to anyone, after this, I researched in depth and found that this has happened to other people as well.

SCAMMERS
I booked a 2-hour driving lesson and practical test through EzLicence. Before the appointment, the assigned instructor contacted me and said I would be required to book an additional paid lesson before he would proceed with the booking. This was never disclosed at the time of purchase.
When I explained my experience level and declined the extra charge, the instructor became rude and told me to cancel the booking entirely. As a result, no lesson or service was provided.
I contacted EzLicence support to request a refund as the service was not delivered as agreed, but I am still waiting for a proper resolution.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency and the behaviour of the assigned instructor. Customers should be made aware upfront if additional mandatory lessons are going to be imposed after booking, as this is misleading. I’m submitting a Small claims & Chargeback Via my bank, and I strongly recommend the following advice to anyone else who has been scammed by theses brokies.
Guys if you wanted chairty all you had to do was ask… I’m going to make an example out of you!

I booked a manual driving lesson…
I booked a manual driving lesson through EzLicence, but the information on the website was not up to date. Just minutes after booking, the instructor cancelled, explaining that the car had broken down with no clear timeline for repair.
Although I booked on 18 April, it took four days to receive a refund confirmation email, which stated the refund could take 5–10 working days. While I appreciate their responsiveness, this delay was caused by inaccurate information on their platform, and I don’t think customers should have to wait nearly two weeks due to such issues.

Just to clarify, each instructor listed on the EzLicence website is an independent operator. They manage their own schedules, availability, and vehicle maintenance, so situations like unexpected car issues can sometimes arise beyond our direct control 🚗💔
Regarding the refund, once it’s processed on our end, the timeframe (usually 5–10 working days) depends on the financial institution used at the time of payment. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, especially given the circumstances, and we truly appreciate your patience 🙏

EZLicense helped me to find my manual…
EZLicense helped me to find my manual driving instructor in my area where it's almost impossible to book anyone and start lessons. Rahan was my main driving instructor since I met him. He helped to build my confidence on the roads which was tricky since I am pretty anxious. He is calm and patient, he explains well and let you always try again and again until you're able to do it on your own. I recommend him if you'd like to pass your driving exam and be a safe confident driver afterwards.

Ferhat was an amazing instructor
Ferhat was an amazing instructor. Always punctual to lessons and very patient with me. His instructions were simple to follow, and he was calm under every situaiton. I am defiitely a better driver after his lessons.
