Ezy-Fit Roller Shutters Avis 218

We purchased 2 roller shutters. One we have had no issues at all with; the other has been a nightmare.

Loses settings constant; even a roller shutter technician couldn't work it out!

Took 3 months to replace the motor....still having issues. I have to stop it every time it goes up.

I wouldn't buy again.

Great product. Arrived on time and so easy to install. Only issue I had was with the wall switch, which is not designed to be installed into double brick houses like those in WA. Probably could have indicated this on the site so buyers know so they can choose a better option. But, still very satisfied.

Quite pleased with delivery and installation process In operation it is excellent.
The reason I can’t give 5 stars is the paint finish is less than satisfactory- I chose woodland grey to match surrounding painted trims and roof. But now the shutter has faded to pale grey contrasting to the surrounds. The paint has not faded equally with the upper 3 slats retaining original color . The shutter faces West in full sun.

Fantastic experience from the start. Damien was very helpful throughout the process even recommending an electrician to wire up the motors on the Shutters. The Shutters were easy to fit and are great quality. I would recommend Ezy-Fit Roller Shutters to anyone.

Good people ro deal with and a great product

Only problem was the staples holding the guides in place, on one of the shutters. Other than that everything has been good.

Expensive product, but good reasonably good quality. it would have been better however to purchase the item straight from the supplier and have it delivered straight to the door without having to go through Bunnings.

The shutter cover is flimsy and easily dented, but once the unit is up and in place, it is a great barrier against the heat, and sun. Looks great and is easy to use.

Great to deal with. Fast shipping and a great product except for the powder coating which was ordinary at best.

I found the staff at Ezy -Fit easy to deal with, the Bunnings staff were also excellent, would recommend this company, their product worked for me..

The product is excellent, easily installed, and trouble free. When I needed help, within minutes I got a call from a senior manager and was sent the parts I needed in a timely manner.

They were very helpful in the ordering process and in assisting the installer with any issures

I have only had the chance to fit one shutter and it was very easy with the instructions supplied. The staff always respond in a very timely manner and the support has been second to none. One shutter arrived damaged and was replaced straight away.
I previously had 5 shutters installed at a much more expensive price than I paid for the 4 I got from Ezy-fit, wish I looked around first as I would have had my whole house done now.
