the colour was completely wrong and their returns policy is that you cannot return fabric cut to order or just because you do not like what they have sent. colour nothing like picture on line

Honestly a bit confused by so many bad reviews because I've never had anything other than stellar service from FG. They even ring me up if something I've ordered is a few meters out of stock and offer alternatives. They're one of my go-to places and shipping is speedy.

Placed another order on Friday and received on the Monday after. Fabric is good quality and really pleased with my selections

I was dubious about the quality with it being so cheap but, I am thrilled with my orders. After the first one came I was straight back on. I have high quality fabric, all from their clearance. Out of 23 fabrics only one has a mark on it, its in the wash now, asit was only £1 I can't grumble as I can use it for lining.

I was very dubious about ordering from Fabric Giant after reading some of the reviews. I made an order on Tuesday evening and this has been delivered Thursday afternoon! The fabric some denim and black cord are fabulous, brilliant quality and a great price, I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered 3 balls of yarn, one of which was sent in error. I contacted the company and the error was immediately put right. The correct yarn arrived the following day. Very pleased with the quality. Excellent service in this day and age!

Ordered fabric in the 12.12.23. I requested a refund on the 15.12.23 as I had noticed it was out of stock. The partial refund I had excluded postage costs. It has taken until today 16.1.24 to get the rest of my refund, only because I had to involve PayPal!!!!! Never use this company again. Be warned!!!!!!

I wasn't happy with my cushion panels when they arrived and was promised a refund which I received.

I ordered from here in the January sale - a mix of threads and fabric.
There were some threads out of stock so I was called the morning after my order, and the next day it arrived.
Everything was great, but my fabric was short. I emailed in the evening and got a reply gone 10pm to say they would sort it! Next working day they told me they would resend, and the day after that it arrived.
Absolutely brilliant! Now I have read the terrible reviews and did panic when the fabric was short, but because of that I wanted to leave my experience too. Maybe they are trying really hard now to ensure that everything is dealt with more efficiently - but I’m impressed.

I ordered 5m of double gauze with a golf fleck and it is lovely, beautifully soft and washed well. I expected a fair amount of shrinkage and cut a swatch off to check, practically nothing. The organza and interfacing hasn’t been used yet but looks fine. I will be ordering more.

Ordered some purple satin and fabric giant cancelled my order and it took 2 whole days for them to let me know. Refund is supposed to be coming back to my account in the next 3-5 working days.

Sadly, despite numerous attempts to contact this business by telephone, email and messenger I have had no success. The material described as “premium” and “soft” are neither and I would like to return this and buy some different material from them. Unfortunately it’s becoming quite obvious I won’t be able to do this and I will ensure I don’t ever order from this company again and will pass this information on to other friends.

I was told products are not in stock therefore i cancelled my order and expected refund.NO refund..No products.The phone number from their website is a fake number....no one will never answer at that number.

Well I had already ordered when I looked at the reviews on here. But I have just received my parcel and I am amazed at the quality for the prices I paid, they even contacted me when something was out of stock and did I want to replace it with anything. So sounds like to me they have new staff who actually can do the job, I will be ordering again and recommend you to do so too.

So I gave 4 stars BUT... Ok like many others I ordered my fabric because it was a good deal only to read reviews and start dreading ever ordering with them. I ordered on 6th August, I received my parcel on 18th August. I got my complete order, in the correct fabric and colour, I am happy with the purchase except it taking longer than expected to get to me hence 4 stars. However, I personally wouldn't risk ordering from them again. I work close to their Leeds address so had a walk round and can confirm it's just a mailing company no fabric shop in sight. Looking on their website there is an additional address in Bradford but don't know any info on that. I read through their T&Cs which says it takes up to 3 days to cut the order and then 2-5 working days delivery so realistically it's like 8 working days, which does fit the time frame of my parcel but the timeframe wasn't clear when first ordering only when I started panicking about my order after reading reviews and scouring the website. But having read other reviews and the lack of transparency about their address being a postal address only and not knowing where they are physically based makes me unlikely to order again. I understand they are an up and coming business according to their website but the copyright date suggests it's been 3 years, understandably COVID and lockdowns have had an impact but I would have thought there would have been a consistent show of improvement in reviews by now if everything was teething problems that were getting sorted
