My experience with Fabucci footwear
I was looking for a particular pair of Marian shoes.I decided to ring the shop to be sure I was ordering correct ones.
I was dealing with Shirley, she was excellent, helpful and so pleasant to deal with. I ordered them over the phone with her and look forward to receiving them.
I will definitely shop with Fabucci footwear in the future.

Prompt and efficient service. Shoes that I ordered were as described. Unfortunately they weren't a good fit on me so I returned them. Return service was as good as the delivery and refund was in my account within a few days.

Seller unable to fill order.
Disappointing. Ordered sandals and a bag for a special event. Order went through but I got a call to say they did not have stock of the sandals. Got a refund a few days later but not a great service. They need to sort their in stock online to be accurate.
