Going above and beyond …
I just wanted to send a quick note to say how impressed I was with the service I received. I really appreciated you taking the time to reply to my email in the evening—it already showed a high level of care. But what stood out even more was the follow-up call the next day. It made such a difference to be able to talk things through, and everything was sorted so efficiently. It’s rare to come across that level of personal attention and commitment to helping a customer, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks again for going above and beyond-I’ll definitely be recommending your shop.

Ordered great service. boots in sale and they arrived…
Ordered boots in sale and they arrived the following day. Great service. Unfortunately boot size didn’t fit comfortably, so had to return them. Will definitely be looking at Fabucci on line for further purchases in future.
