Slow Refunds are Insulting to Customers
I ordered some stuff. They advertised the stuff but didn't have it in stock. I paid in full. They say up to 5 days to refund. To businesses like this that ask for instant payment but do not provide instant refunds, I say, isn't it grand to be powerful. You can abuse without repercussion and a late refund is abusive. Suppose you send the goods then I pay you five days later, IS that OK?? Check your priviledge.

Ordered 2 lockers from these guys. They arrived fast but damaged and missing parts. One call, one email with pictures and the broken parts were replaced quickly. Great service and product, cant blame them for the couriers damage.
