FAKE PROMOs and MISLEADING ads
They don’t honor their promotions even when it’s an issue from their systems, despite their site literally stating they will add discounts after if you reach out. Customer service took 48hours to respond to an email, and say they can’t help since the promotional period ended… 18 hrs ago, what great timing with them not responding until the promotion passed. Won’t be getting anymore of my loyalty or recommendations to others with such bad service and low desire to rectify issues for their customers.
Should be flagged and fined for false advertising and misleading consumers.

I have a one year old T shirt that developed a hole after wearing maybe 4 times. I was told to contact corporate customer service who offered a gift card but only for the reduced "on sale" cost that I spent.
Faherty doesn't owe me the amount I spent. If there is a guarantee, then they owe me a shirt, plain and simple.
Now in order to get it replaced, I have to add $25 to cover the current cost + SHIPPING should I buy it online.
I own about 15 pieces of their clothing. What a minor thing if they offered me a new shirt. Instead, they turned me into a FORMER customer.
False advertising and unhelpful…
False advertising and unhelpful customer service. On the site some sale items had a promo code for an extra 25% off. Code didn't work, chatted customer service, says they'd get back but never did. Finally get through after several tries and they say the promo ended...while I was waiting for a response from them. They directed me to a different discount that didn't apply to my order and hung up. Not shopping somewhere that doesn't have basic support for your order
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Put the wrong address while checking out. Immediately reached out to the customer service to remedy. Would not do anything. Ended up shipping across state. Awful awful customer service.
Poor Customer Service
I’ve been a loyal customer and have truly enjoyed several of your shirts over the years—your quality and style have always stood out. However, I was recently disappointed by the performance of your Legendary Sweater, which I received as a Christmas gift.
After just 5–6 gentle washes, the sweater became noticeably fuzzy and worn. I reached out to your customer service team with clear photos and garment numbers, only to be told to return it to Nordstrom without a receipt. Unfortunately, as you likely know, most retailers require proof of purchase—making this an unhelpful solution.
For a brand positioned at a premium price point, I expect better support and accountability when a product clearly doesn’t hold up. Regrettably, this experience has made me rethink future purchases from Faherty.
My Faherty Experience
I recently purchased a sweater from Faherty as a gift, and followed the washing instructions carefully, but unfortunately, it warped after the first wash. I reached out to customer service, and they were prompt in offering a solution, a gift certificate for the value of the sweater. While I appreciate their responsiveness and resolution, I was disappointed that the gift certificate did not include the tax I originally paid.
A refund (even in store credit) should ideally cover the full amount paid, including tax, since that was part of the original purchase cost. It feels unfair to be out that extra money due to a product issue that wasn’t my fault.
The customer service team was polite and resolved the issue partially, but this policy leaves room for improvement. I hope the company reconsiders this practice for future cases.
The knits are all terrible
The knits are all terrible, in both men’s and women’s sweaters and shirts. In no time those all look pilly, kind of thread-bear and cheap even if hand washed correctly. VERY Strange sizing. I have bought many things from this brand but not anymore! The men’s pants are nice though and so are the women’s cotton dresses.

I wanted to let everyone the fantastic experience I have had working with Victor Intriago at the Faherty store in Savannah GA.
I had bought some clothes in Mir Mar Beach Fl when on vacation and realized I needed to return and exchange some items...I live in Jax Fl and wanted to take care of this through the mail verses driving 5hrs back to Mir Mar Beach. I could not get a hold of anyone to answer the phone there and the main website was not any help so I was willing to drive to Savannah to do these returns and to exchange 2 of the items, because I love this brand so much. I decided to call Savannah and make sure if I drove there I would be able to return and exchange these items (I didn't want to make a trip and not be able to be helped). Victor Intriago answered the phone and he was so wonderful and pleasant to speak to and he immediately sent me a return slip for me to return my items he immediately called me when he received them and took care of everything I needed and has ordered my exchange items! He was awesome and I will call him for any other items I want to buy from this company. Thank you so much Victor!!!

I’ve written about 18 times since last Friday. Nobody will give me a customer service that accepts even a voicemail And there’s no person that’s answers that phone. Sadly we are limited to the AI in their chats which is subpar at best borderline on horrible. I need help with a single thing. And I think I need to talk to an actual professional human that works at Faherty. Does anyone exist? Should I export a zoom info contact chart an start calling random people?
It’s really bad. Really disappointed.
This was ordered 1/30 and has been shipped to my state and send back to Wisconsin twice? Nobody at Faherty responds so good luck to anyone trying
Poor customer service once one leaves the store!
Faherty- High quality clothing- our family has bought this brand for years. We have purchased holiday and birthday gifts for both of our girls and their husbands for several years. The customer service has become dreadful. There is nobody to talk to except an AI or email. Poor followup. The local stores have false telephone numbers listed.For example the Montecito location number goes to a visitor center! That is frustrating! We ordered a birthday gift to be sent to Ohio a week ago from the Montecito, CA store. The sales person was nice and we were given a receipt with order number. Item is not on back order. I think customer service is poor once you leave the store. The transaction was on 2-9-25. Still no shipping date. Hope it arrives as it is a birthday gift for our daughter.

I was Christmas shopping in Savannah at the Faherty store there and experienced the best service. Her name is Purmia Boahurunya. She was friendly, and helpful. She went the extra mile to find the shirt I was looking for. She was fun and made my shopping a breeze. She really made my day with her wonderful personality and expert help.
Poor quality given the price, and indifferent customer service. Spend your money elsewhere!
I bought a couple of Faherty Brand flannel shirts; both were on sale, but still well over $100 each. The first time I put one of them on, the top button (first one below the collar) came off in my hand. I sent an email to Faherty customer service, provided the order number, and told them I expected better quality given their premium price point. It took 8 days for someone to reply to me (with apologies because they were so busy), and then they asked me to provide several photos -- one of the issue I had emailed about, one of the shirt laid flat so they could see the style, and one of a model number on a tag inside the shirt -- despite the fact that I provided the order number precisely so they could figure out all that information on their own. Plus, it's not clear to me why they'd need a photo given it should be fairly obvious what it looks like when a button comes off a shirt.
I replied with some irritation -- because I'm busy too -- provided some basic information, pointed them to the order number I'd provided and told them I wouldn't be sending the photos. I haven't heard a peep from them since.
YMMV, but I won't be shopping with Faherty Brand again.
Terrible online customer service
Terrible online customer service. Have sent multiple emails and chat messages to see where my order is. It’s been over 2 weeks since my order and USPS tracking says they are waiting for the item. You can’t talk to a live human, only email or chat and you don’t get a response. Never buying Faherty again!! Sucky sucky customer service!!!!

Customer service is terrible. There is no way to talk to a person, you can only email. It took two weeks of emails before someone responded without giving me a solution. I really like their clothes but will not order online from them again.

Never had worse customer service from any online store ever. Placed an order. Told their customer service that we do not have USPS service in this area. Request ignored. Reported to customer service and they said they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. A week later no correspondence. Finally canceled payment with my Apple Card. Requested customer service to replace the order with UPS or FEdEx.I would pay extra for the ground service they said was free. No reply. Coming up on two weeks no response. Wow, just wow

Blown away by the 5 star customer service
Had a very poor experience with some of the items and their customer service was 5 star! I have no idea what everyone is talking about. They were prompt, polite, apologetic and assisted with my exchanges. I have changed my tune due to my recent customer service experience and will continue to shop here.
