Quality clothes, though a bit pricey
I have about 8 Faherty items and have enjoyed all of them. I have noticed their prices sneaking up quite a bit, almost $200 for a shirt or pants in certain cases, but the quality is high so that helps. The legend shirt and terry pants are standout.
love their clothes and service
I started purchasing from Faherty last February. I think my first purchase was a sweater; quality was great so I bought a few more pieces over the summer. Everything has been great quality, great fit, timeless aesthetic. I'm a fan.

Customer Service is an absolute joke - god forbid you have issues you are left out money with no refund in site. $600 plus package has been stuck in transit for 17 days and no one will cancel my order or refund my money.

I bought what I thought was a physical gift card online (you get to choose the design & color of the card, an actual physical gift card is depicted). Unfortunately, I did not read it carefully enough prior to purchase and received a generic email saying it was an e-gift with a QR code (the design you pick out isn't even part of it). Faherty CS said they'd disable it so I could purchase one in the store, but they never did so and actually RESENT the egift card after I was supposed to get it disabled & receive credit. I ended up going to the store to buy a $100 gift card since I did not want to gift a copy of an e-mail. So Faherty now has $200 from me. Cool, surfer vibey, small family company? DEFINITELY not..... It is very much a large corporation which manufactures overseas and has questionable customer service ethics...
Fraud - Wont' Answer CS.

I'm posting here because this company is holding over $400 worth of my money for items returned and I don't know what to do. I ordered from Faherty and returned all the items via their happy returns. Despite ordering 7 items, they only returned money for one. I've emailed them three times and left three voicemails and no one is reaching out.
I'm hoping they will see this message and actually respond so I can get my money back.
The "satisfaction Guarantee" is fake
They don't live up to their satisfaction guarantee statement. Had a problem with a shirt and their response was their fabrics are delicate. No attempt to do right. Disappointing.Low quality products.

We had an issue with a customer service representative from Faherty brand about returning an unused item. We reached out to the president of the company and she IMMEDIATELY responded and assigned to somebody to help us. The issue was resolved. Fantastic customer service

JUNK CLOTHING, non-existent customer service. I am trying to make a return. I typed in the order number. I get a message that it is non-existent. I try to call, you cannot call or email them. This company needs to be shut down -- the dress I ordered is TWELVE inches SHORTER than shown online. The color is not the color shown. I just want my money back. JUNK JUNK UNK
powerless CSRs
They shipped an order to Canada, the website says it guarantees no additional taxes or duties on delivery. When it arrived, I was stuck with a 150$ duties and tax bill. I contacted Faherty, they blamed it on their "shipping partner" some giant multinational with no phone number. I contacted Faherty multiple times and the CSR couldn't do anything except email other people and wait for a response. The package is being sent back tomorrow because Faherty can't deal with it fast enough even though its been over a week.
Compassionate and efficient service…
The service experience I had with Faherty recently, specifically Jacqueline, was quite literally the best and most compassionate service experience I've ever had. Outside the quality of the materials and clothing being fantastic, I can and will do business with this company for their support. I made a mistake with my order, and Faherty took it upon themselves to fix it for me; they truly didn't need to. I'm very grateful.
Never again
Never again! Their customer service is non-existent. A portion of my order was canceled and I have yet to receive a refund for the rewards points I used. I contacted customer service four times (3 emails, 1 voice message) over the course of one month and have yet to receive a response. I am a "Gold" member, their highest customer tier, and have spent several thousands of dollars with them during these past years. I find their lack of responsiveness unacceptable.
Beware when ordering from the UK!!
Beware when ordering from the UK. I ordered two different dresses in the same size … one was too big and the other too small. When I looked into returning them, discovered it would cost me £37.59 in postage to return. Fortunately, I was flying to the States in a couple of weeks and so returned them there with a free returns label they emailed me. Had I not been traveling, though, I would have been £37.59 out of pocket.

I have a customer service rave about this company...I bought some shorts about a year ago which I loved until they tore about two weeks ago. I wrote to customer service to express my displeasure, and they jumped right in (on the 4th of July, no less) asking for pictures etc. They could not find my order in their system, and I couldn't find a confirmation order...game over, right? Wrong. They said that's okay and gave me full credit which i used to buy the shorts again...they arrived ten minutes ago.
They could have told me to pound sand since i had no proof of purchase, or sent me a pro rated credit. A great experience and they have a customer for life.

I returned my order and never received any refund. Their phone number for support is fake, it always transfers to an automated voicemail and never picks up no matter what time of day you call. I left countless messages and emails and no reply.
