Jon was very professional and listened to my needs whilst also being friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed and promises were met in relation to the sending of quotes, confirmation and documentation which were sent to me quickly even though it was outside of office hours on a Friday night. I was very satisfied with the costs and advice I received.

We sent a hotel choice , when the hotel then tried to charge extra for a roll away bed , Jon got straight back to us and with his help located another hotel nearby which will be better for our larger than average party
