For cable or streaming customers. How many of you frustrated that they tell you this & then charge you that.& every time you try to follow there rules it's painfull for us to get any real help with out pouring out your trouble to a company rep.who allows you to speak for ever& please hold I transfer u now..ha ha on us.or even better computer voice says this is recorded for for every 1's benefit.yet it never is allowed to help us prove what we experience.im 59 & have had service thru top 5 companys.there painful ways have git worse & most of us working& have family's don't fight back cause to busy & just pay.they get free money all the time we don't get what we pay for or after service begins.the things offered I personally told oh sir that takes 90 days on tome payments never mentioned at conception.i also will say last company did not use my correct info for 120 days leaving me wit prompted voice sayen it don't know me or give correct info..goodbye.to call back & again.hello this bein recorded & you can speak to like any 1 else.it was funny.cause instead of putting me thru it more like body guard & redundantly said who am I goodbye..lol.any who Fair shake is a blessing.this firm took my complaint painless& fast enuff to put it together let me know how & when.& before I new it.a betrayed a resolution.problem solved for a Fee worth every penny.thank you fair shake godbless all of us who go thru company seems or mishaps that cost money& most of us just give in pay more so life can go on.we have more important things to do.yours truly 1 of you the frustrated consumer.

I was treated very unfair by a mobile phone company. Fairshake made it very easy to voice my concerns. Very professional and lightning fast! Fairshake is leveling the playing field. The big companies have held the ball long enough.

Made getting a resolution a lot easier

After a SIM card swap experience at a retailer turned my life upside down I had no idea where to start to seek a resolve. After scouring the internet on ways to file a claim and realized that a potential settlement could take years if ever for the resolution I felt hopeless then I found FairShake. I submitted my experience they responded back quickly and professionally after responding to a couple of emails I literally had a offer within two weeks and within 30 days I'm now sitting back waiting for my check to arrive. Needless to say I couldn't be happier.

I used fairshake to try an resolve an issue with my phone company and I'm happy I did.Fairshake was very great at responding to my questions and concerns I had throughout the process they help me and gave me great advice. Although I did not get the desired outcome I was hoping for because I decided to settle with this phone company early for personal reasons but I know if I was going to go all the way fairshake would have been there for me to the end.I will definitely use fairshake again in the future if the need arises thanks.

FairShake had me pay them immediately, but I have never been paid for my so called settlement from T mobile. Fair shake has told me twice that they have gotten a guarantee from T mobile, but it has been six months and I have not received the promised settlement. I want my case pursued by FairShake or they can return the money they were paid. This whole experience has been a miserable waste of time.

An at&t happy ending

I purchased an at&t phone which ended up being defective and useless 7 weeks after purchase. For 6+ months and several phone calls to at&t, always ending with the same results, excuses of why they were not going to honor their 2 yr manufacturers warranty. Getting more & more frustrated I turned to Fairshake which I happened to stumble upon via internet. Long story short. Although it was bumpy at times Fairshake came through. I was treated with respect even in my suspicious (unfounded)moments. I won my claim with this company and received my compensation check in the mail shortly after submitting the necessary tax purpose forms. As far as payment that Fairshake is asking before settlement is in hand I was sceptical as expected. A little faith goes along way, ( in the bigger picture) have a little faith in all people/ companies are not bad. Some of them like Fairshake I believe care about the people/the not so rich people out here, I do! So a big "YES" I would recommend "FAIRSHAKE" to anyone who needs help in dealing with/ fighting these powerful, sometimes bullying companies who we would otherwise have no chance against in fighting, for what's right! & winning companies. Thankyou Fairshake.

I was told that I would have 30 days to…then they wanted payment in advance!

I was told that I would have 30 days to pay after I received $850.00 from Hughes Net ripping me off . I paid HNet electronically for a full 9 months and received no credit for a non working internet service for that period.
Fair Shake wanted payment Before I received my refund! How is this legit? Should we trust an online Co. For legal action that requires payment in advance? Why? If u could advise anyone I would stay far away from this one. Scam is written all over it.

We request a credit card at the point at which our users sign a legally binding settlement agreement. At that time you can also choose to defer payment for 30 days, as you mention.

We want to make sure those agreements are followed -- and if they're not you can let our support team know from our FairShake dashboard so that they can suggest next steps.

FairShake takes on big phone corporations

I purchased a good brand name phone from one of the top phone companies.
20 minutes after purchase I noticed a glitch on the phone. Walked back to the store to see if the Mgr can fix it. I went back 2 weeks straight and was offered a refurbished phone. Tired of accepting less for 7 months. Later on I heard of FairShake. I explained my concerns and issues. Courteous and professional listened to all issues and concerns. I made a claim that was done quickly and timely. I won the claim and the big phone company had to give me 100% of my money back!

Great job

At first I didn't think fairshake would help I think it was a scam. Not only did they help me resolve my issue with TMobile but I also got a credit more than I expected. I would highly recommend fairshake to anyone that has been taken advantage of by these big and powerful companies. Thank you again 🙂

A Waste of Time and Money

I contacted Fairshake regarding abusive billing by Optimun Cable. They promised 1 gig of Internet for an additional $20 month, but my bill exploded. It went up an additional $142.00! I contacted Fairshake and they got me discounts for the next 12 months. These are useless to me because I cancelled Optimun effective today. In effect, this was money lost on top of the money Optimum is sucking off me. I wont be using this again or referring you to anyone else.

Hi Manny. Sorry to hear that you accepted a settlement that you weren't ultimately satisfied with.

If what you received was account credit then a lot of companies will convert that to cash (see here: https://fairshake.com/phone-company-refund-policies-account-credit-to-cash/).

For discounts that's a bit of a different story. Your FairShake fee would typically be $20 for the work FairShake did on your claim. (That's the minimum we can charge for our service to make financial sense). If you were charged more than that please email trustpilot@fairshake.com and we can adjust it.

My account was debited without me being aware the money was coming out. Now I can't pay my rent! Never again

FairShake only requests a credit card at the point at which our users sign a legally binding settlement agreement. At that time you can also choose to defer payment for 30 days.

If you see an unexpected charge you can refer to your claim dashboard for whether it has been 30 days since you deferred payment.

However, if you believe you were improperly charged you can chat with our support team from your dashboard. And if you haven't received the settlement based on the agreement you signed with a company, please also let our team know.
