Our first time buying a new build and…
Our first time buying a new build and the process was seamless from start to finish with Fairview Homes. Huge thanks to Katie for seeing us through from start to finish which took only 3 months in total! Nothing has been too much trouble, we would highly recommend Fairview homes to anyone. We had a great viewing experience…
We had a great viewing experience guided by Mursal. From the moment we arrived, the whole process was professional, informative, and welcoming.
Mursal took the time to thoroughly explain the project, the different layouts, and the features of the homes. What stood out most was the extra effort made to show us a range of options beyond what we had initially enquired about. This gave us a much better understanding of what was available and helped us consider possibilities we may otherwise have missed.
Throughout the viewing, all our questions and concerns were answered patiently and honestly, and valuable insights and ideas were shared along the way. We never felt rushed or under pressure to make a decision, which made the experience all the more enjoyable and productive.
Although we ultimately decided not to proceed, we genuinely appreciated the time, enthusiasm, and professionalism shown by Mursal and the team. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a helpful and informative property viewing experience.

Pleasant Viewing Experience
Very pleasant experience with Max at the Printmakers Yard site, calmly taking us through the variety of properties available, explaining the various options towards purchase and generally guiding our first-time buyers experience while patiently answering all our questions. We did not proceed with the properties in the end due to our own preferences, but I can say positive things about our experience there.

Friendly & efficient
I had a fantastic experience with the Fairview Wattons team. We first met Katie around March when I wasn’t even ready to buy, but she still took the time to walk us through the development and show home, answering all our questions while we were just doing early research. There was no pressure at all, which we really appreciated.
About a month later, a property became available and things moved very quickly from there. The team were proactive in keeping us updated, and the communication throughout was clear and responsive. I went with the conveyancers she recommended, which definitely helped speed things up — we managed to exchange in just 2.5 weeks, which was much faster than expected.
What stood out was how supportive the team was even after the sale was agreed. Katie introduced us to our neighbours and made the whole process feel much more personal and less stressful.
Overall, the team has been super accommodating, efficient, and easy to deal with. The whole experience felt smooth from start to finish, and we’re really excited to be moving into the development.
