I suspect this company of being a scam. Items received don’t match description. They charge £8 “return handling fee” which is against UK consumer law. I still haven’t received a refund 2 months after ordering. They don’t listen to what you say in your emails. They don’t follow their own T&Cs on their website. Feel totally duped.

This company is a complete scam, ordered slippers that took weeks to arrive when they did they were crap quality and size. Started the refund process on 27th November and I’m still waiting

The pair of Orthoserene loafers I purchased from Orthoserene also represent as Falour were too small. I reached out to them explaining this and at first they offered me £10 refund and also said that I could keep the loafers. I refused this offer as the shoes were no good to me since they were too small. They then took a long while to send me an address for me to return the shoes to. After a long exchange of emails I eventually got an address and returned the loafers to them paying just under £6. To date I have not received a refund from either Falour or Orthoserene.
I found this behaviour to be dishonest and the company will reap what they sow!!

I'd give 0 stars if this was an option.
I ordered some trousers with knee pads £59.99, but they sent me a pair without knee pads that were £20 cheaper. I have started the return process and paid for second-class tracked to keep costs down to a minimum. They offered to refund me £50 as they need to charge me a 'restocking fee' as I am returning an item. Problem is they sent the wrong item and I need to pay for the postage. That is not right!
Even though they have a 'UK Warehouse', the items are shipped from China and take ages to arrive.

This is company is a con artist. A pair of sandals I purchased for £40 which were advertised as wide fitting and made of leather turned out to be badly made out of cheap imitation material which cut into my foot. I saw exactly the same a pair selling on Amazon at £18.87. Lesson learnt: never buy online from an unknown company that has seeminly sprung up overnight purporting commitment to excellence on their website which my experience has exposed as a pack of lies. Buy only from well-known and trusted sources.

I bought a pair of shoes in April and having so many issues returning them back and forth with emails for a refund it’s ridiculous they waste time so they can then say your return is late and also the item was received 2 weeks late . I have

I bought something from here, and after reading the reviews, I immediately cancelled! except I couldn't. I thought it'd be fine as I'd send the product back, just to find out they're using a fake address! The product is nothing like advertised, and there is nothing UK about this.

This site is so rubbish I would give it a zero.

ordering process was easy just takes to long to receive order

I ordered an XL shirt which should have been plenty big enough but it wasn't even close. The trousers I ordered have knee pads and they didn't come close to lining up with my knees and I can't just open the fly on the trousers to relieve myself - I have to completely take off my gun belt, undo my inner belt and open up the front of the trousers to complete the task. I'm very disappointed.

Illegal & fraudulent!!!! This company is using my home address as their company address! I am getting their returns. I have reported them to the National Crime Agency and the UK Police. Returns will be given back to the Post Office and will hopefully make there way back to you.

Sizes are not true to what they tell you. I also wanted a refund and was going to send pants back but they didn’t accept. Horrible service.

Please please please do not use this company and be scammed like so many others. Thus is a complete fraud

I ordered work trousers (£50). Had an email confirming order but then heard nothing for eight days. I then emailed them. The following day I had a reply to my message saying that the email address didn't exist. The trousers eventually turned up about three weeks after the initial order. They were nothing like the trousers advertised on the website. They were made of poor and inferior material. I wore them once and then threw them out!! This company is based abroad (probably China) and not in UK as stated. Save your money and shop somewhere else!!!!

When ordering, I picked length and waist size. Pants arrived size L
I couldn't get 1 leg in them.
Took very long time to arrive

The sizes were wrong for the waist and length of pants. I ordered 36W/36L. Both pair of camo pants were the wrong waist size and length. I tried to stop the order after reading some of the other reviews, but I was too late. Now, I have to pay to return an order that I did not mess up. I am very unhappy with this experience.

Took so long to get it ,I forgot it was coming! As so tactical pants didn't fit. I guess I will give them away.

Absolutely nothing to do with the UK! Took weeks to arrive & when the trousers eventually did turn up after many emails etc & frustration there was even more frustration with the size of them! Trying to return the half mast piece of rubbish is proving impossible. Avoid at all costs & this Falour site should be shut down

This company is based in china and I was misled by the Uk at the end of their name. I think their reviews are not verified. I am still waiting 2 weeks later for a pair of trainers. The tracking app doesn’t appear to work and the company have been incredibly unhelpful.
I am not convinced the shoes will fit once they arrive having looked at the comments on this website and returns obviously don’t happen!! It would be wonderful if we could outlaw companies such as these from advertising in the uk. They are all a ripoff!
