Fantastic Fireworks Avis 226

I was hired by a company as a temp admin and the boss agreed to hire Jon at Fantastic Fireworks to supply a laser display on a lovely old building on a Sunday night in Bradford in the height of summer. I cultivated a good relationship with Jon, we spent lots of time discussing the setup and he was always helpful, patient, gracious and went out of his way to get everything right for us.

Unfortunately for him, the person who hired me (Fatima) was late paying him, even though I was on her case the entire week. I even got her to call him on the Saturday at noon, and she said, “I’ll send the money now.” She later claimed she thought she had sent it, but hadn’t hit the ‘Do you trust this contact’ button on her bank app, so the payment never went through.

Then, she realised due to the rain she’d have to cancel him and demanded her money back (the money he never got)!!

I never actually got to see his laser show in action, I only handled the pre-event planning.

For what it’s worth, I’m now pursuing my own unpaid wages from the same person. So Jon, if you ever read this, please know that I am so so so sorry for your awful experience with Fatima and to be honest you made a lucky escape mate!

From initial contact and throughout the planning stage Karl was so helpful in addition using what would work best and was always there to support us.
They arrived 10 hours before the display to set up and then provided an amazing display which was loved by everyone there. Thank you

First delivery was for Bonfire Night- high quality fireworks delivered at short notice. So I ordered some more for New Year’s Eve

Amazing fireworks and service second to none

We have used Fantastic fireworks for 5 years now and each time they put on a fantastic display for our primary school fireworks fundraiser.
