I placed an order for holiday items on November 17. After 3 inquiries to customer service (only 1 of which was responded to), I received notice that they shipped December 6 and that it would take 1-3 days for them to get to the carrier and 12-28 days to arrive. So, if you're doing the math, my Christmas jumper won't arrive before Christmas after being ordered on November 17. I would NEVER suggest doing business with this company.

This is misleading and disappointing company, I do not recommend it to anyone, be careful.

Needed a refund on my shoes I ordered I sent them a lot of emails and they never responded and I am very pissed off!!!!!!

Scam. They won’t give me information to return my product. They take days to respond to each email hoping I forget.

This company is a scam. I just reported it to the FTC.
I ordered earrings from them and never received them or a refund.

BUYER BEWARE!This company will advertise one thing and spend you something completely different. This is a Chinese fraud scheme. Do not purchase from them or you will get robbed of your money. The product comes from NY, but they will ask you to mail it to China in an effort to discourage refunding you your money. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased products via Pinterest and they were NOTHING like what I ordered. One product in particular was so bad that I asked for refund, however, was told I had to return the product back to China (tracked) out of my own expensive.

These people are crooks! Do not order from them or any of their affiliate sites.

(I ordered via Soinyou - which is one of their affiliate sites).

Horrible experience, the products are not described as on the website. I order two pairs of sunglasses both were cheaply made and not worth the price charged. When I inquired about receiving a refund and returning I was told I would need to handle making the return label on my end and the address to return is not California as stated on their website it is China. I have never used a company that requires you to make your own return label. Since I did not have access to create this label they offered to refund me a portion of the total I paid to keep the product. I accepted since it was not with the headache and I was never refunded. This is an awful company with horrible customer service. Do not expect any quality products to come from this site.

I ordered a ring set over a month now still haven't received it and no refund I'm very disappointed and I wont do anymore business with them it seems as if its scam and they are just ripping people off because real businesses care about having customer courtesy and satisfactory but Fashionholla just doesn't give a hell..very pissed off and I'm gonna pursue legal action not because the little money its it's the bbn principle!!

I ordered an “authentic” Comfy Jr. from this company. I immediately realized it was not authentic but they would not allow me to cancel my order - saying it had already begin processing.
When it arrived, I requested a return and instead of sending me an approval, they offered me a 30% refund to keep the item. When I turned that down, they offered me 50% back.
When I told Chris that I just want to return the item, he sent me a return address in China. On their website they list their return address in Menlo Park California. I would have to pay the return shipping which obviously would not be worth it.
I sent Chris another email requesting approval to return it to Menlo Park California. He just sent me another response with only a Chinese return address.
This is ridiculous

I ordered a ring on October 4th 2020 and still have yet to receive it! I have 20+ emails back and forth to the company in the end of November they supposedly sent out another one. Never got that one either. Well last month I told them I wanted a refund was told they would sent yet a 3rd ring I declined and told them NO I just want my money back I no longer need the ring not want to wait another 3 months for it to get to me. Then then told me they would refund my money within the week and of course never got that either! Now I can't get them to respond to my emails. I need to find someone higher up to get ahold of this is absolutely ridiculous!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Ordered three items just to check it out n i never received my order that was 7 months ago i forgot about it thats how long ago it was

They told me to be patient when I asked about my shipment, you don't talk to customers like that,,never again,,not me ,,your done,,

I have ordered a ring and still have not received it while on the tracker it shows it going to the us and back to Japan. Then it has it being sent out of two different locations in two different countries in the same day. Definitely feel scammed 😡

I ordered wedding set back in November 2020. After two months still no delivery. Send email to Chris in Customer Service. He claims they would resend item and apologized for delay. It think it is a scam, no delivery still in three months and no credit back to credit card. I think it is a scam and truly disappointed in service got as well. Won’t order anything else even though pictures make jewelry look beautiful as well as reasonable in price. Three months and no rings is ridiculous to me!

No product received after 2 months. Formulated email responses in broken English. One phone number direct to China only to be put on hold. I believe this is a scam. No refund received after being informed they will send one.

Love it. Well pleased with everything I have ordered and received.
