Disgusting behaviour from these guys
Disgusting behaviour from these guys, very rude and hard to understand. They use unvetted/uninsured drivers they do not use their own fleet.
Everything is subbed out to these other drivers as you can see their reply.

Our records show you were a courier driver hired for a collection, not a customer. Unfortunately, you cancelled this job at the last minute, which caused a significant delay for our actual customer. We expect professional communication from our partners to ensure our customers get the best service. As you were not a recipient of our services, we have reported this review for a policy violation, we will not use you any more.

These guys are utterly unprofessional.bad customer service.Don’t trust them they are selling jobs on CX they are liar they don’t know how to do business. Check everywhere in Internet about them before you working With them .cow boys don’t recommend

Not paid invoice for subcontractiong job form 17 NOV 2021. Due 31 Dec 2021, so now over 1 year they dont able to pay invoice for funny £ 72. !!!
Now case send to Small Court.
They also said that they have experience with "avoid paying for handball"....
