I love the things I've ordered from FatFace but I had to send a couple of things back so I took them back to the shop and they were so helpful and made it so easy for me plus they were so nice.

On-line delivery is super quick and…
On-line delivery is super quick and being able to return unwanted items to any Fat Face store is really convenient and quibble free.
I do think the Mens Jeans are too expensive though at £59.99.
Unfortunately Fat Face is the only company I've found to do my waist size of 28in so I'm pretty much have to stretch my budget further than I'm comfortable with.

Andrew and Millie were so helpful, came in for some jeans and they were really knowledgeable in recommending different jeans and bringing me different sizes, lovely shop!

Andrew in the Abergavenny shop was really helpful when I had shrunk my favourite Fat Face Iona lambswool jumper and was desperate to replace it. It hadn't been in store for months, but he helped me find one from the storage area. Top customer service, really impressed A++++
