The top is lovely
The top is lovely. I ordered a 14 ,as I'm usually a 12 to 14 but it was much to big so I will have to exchange it.
The shop staff were very amicable.

Great service.
I normally have my orders sent directly to me but for once I ordered it to collect in-store. I really liked that I could pick the day for it to arrive after 4pm so I could plan my trip into town the following day. The jacket and jumper I ordered were in the sale and they’re great quality. The staff in the store were absolutely lovely!

Lovely jumper
Lovely jumper that I know that I'm going to wear on repeat this summer and in to autumn.
I'll be looking to see if it's available in other colours.

I just have to say that staff was very pleasant, kind and helpful. Especially Mr. Dwain. I'll come again here definitely. I also love the quality of the fabrics.

Actually attentive in store
How lovely it is to walk into a shop and feel like you are walking into a friends or families house.. lovely warm welcome from dwain and Ashley.
Really does feel like you’re a friend when shopping there, nothing is too much for them to help with and seems to always be laughter.
Dwain went above and beyond with helping me find my partners birthday presents, feel like he knows her better than I do! She was over the moon.

I hate shopping now that am widow. Scott & dwain made my experience a happy one. I was made to feel welcome , they both listen & made me feel comfortable to return again. The hoodie i brought so comfortable I would recommend to anyone.

Went into my local fat face in Barnstaple and wanted to leave this review, as a next employee the service was amazing! Dwain and Ashley had welcoming smile and was very engaged from the moment I walked in. I was shopping with my son and even entertained him, just want to say this is something I aspire to be in retail and I have learnt a lot.

Was served today by both Ashleigh and Dwain, both very helpful, I liked the fact that it was such a friendly atmosphere and nothing was pushed for me to purchase. Sadly what I wanted was out of stock and the size not available to order was shown other colours but wasn’t for me. Had a great conversation with both and didn’t want to leave.
