I love shopping at the Birmingham FatFace shop: the staff are always helpful and when I ask provide honest opinions and advice about fit etc. The clothes are comfortable (at least the ones I buy), last well and I like the different prints are usually available in different styles. I also like the company ethos of being a bit more environmentally conscious and sustainable. What was particularly good today was that one member of staff found some things for me to try based on a very quick exchange and they were perfect. Another colleague gave me excellent advice on fit, and a third suggested some things based on some very vague ideas about fabrics I liked that helped me see the structure in the shop display. Thank you!

Lovely shirts great service

I visited the Birmingham store and it is very well stocked with the latest clothes and accessories. The store is always nice to visit but the standout thing for Birmingham is the staff who are always a delight to visit. Helpful staff who are always willing to give an honest opinion or help you find something more suitable. I do love this store and visit often.

I saw the jacket a few months ago, I liked the look and feel of of so I tried it on,it look smart.the downside was the price at £119.so I put it back and waited for the sale.then I had a emil about the sale and the jacket was on sale at £65 so purchased it BARGAIN.

My order arrived in the allotted time scale. I’m very pleased with my new pyjamas they fit well an are of good quality.

A mens bag was brought for my birthday.
It wasn't suitable. I went to Fatface in Birmingham and wondered if I could have an exchange. The assistants were most helpful and after checking with the manager they agree to exchange. I now have a more suitable bag and left very happy.

I ordered at 5pm the day before, and the order arrived in the store at 11am. I like the fast shipping. Quality wise of the knitwear I bought is amazing, the material is thick and is soft. I love the caring customer service as well. Good job FatFace!

When I visit this store I am always left to wander round looking at items uninterrupted unless I need to ask something then I find somebody easily to answer my queries.

I asked for assistance and I certainly got it with Belinda stopping to help me find a certain coat that I needed. I was so happy after trying on two sizes and finding extra pockets I bought it. I'd searched online over a week, went to all the relevant shops last weekend and today. After some negative input at two other shops I found FatFace and Belinda, who deserves a gold star!

An item I ordered was delivered to the store in Birmingham but I thought I had chosen the Next Store to pick it up. I rang the Fatface shop in Birmingham and the response I received was amazing. A lovely gentleman I spoke to, arranged for the item to be delivered to my home address the very next day!! I could not believe it!! How efficient the service was and what an asset to the company that gentleman was. Well done Sir!!

My parcel got sent to the Birmingham shop by mistake I rang the helpline the phone was answered quickly and a new order generated to go to redditch next all within a few minutes very happy thank you

Helpful staff when I picked up a very large ' collect ' order. Some of the items were packed tightly into a bag that the seams were coming apart. The assistant said don't worry about it, we will pack them into another bag for you. I happily tried on my items and decided to keep most of the items, when the items were repacked. I was charged for the bags! Hence a 4 star review and I spent a considerable amount.

Very fast delivery, fantastic how this new bag is made to look old. It's so well made. Value for money
