Great customer service in store
They sent me the wrong item initially, and what I had ordered had then sold out online so I was not able to replace it. However, they were exceedingly friendly and helpful when I went in store and exchanged it for an item similar to what I had tried to order for no cost. The lovely people running the Cambridge store were very understanding and very friendly and really turned around the situation.

Frustrating and time wasting!
Good morning, I tried on your lovely blue fur coat in a size 10 in store but unfortunately it didn’t quite fit. So I went online and ordered it in a size 12 but it fitted me the same as a size 10. So now I’ve ordered a 14 and it’s perfect!. I’ve also bought a Black puffer coat in store in a size 10 and that also fits perfect. Can be a bit frustrating when you know your size but they’re not actually sewn into the labels of the items you’re trying on .😱

In-store collection went very well
I ordered a present for my husband, to be collected in-store. I was kept well-informed about the status of my order, and when I went into the shop the item was ready for me, so the whole shop was less than 2 minutes. Great service.

Fat Face is a name,which to me, is as excellent as Chanel or Jaegar. I always feel exceedingly well dressed and chic in their clothes.
