Returned a pair of Boots to Chester…
Returned a pair of Boots to Chester Fatface store as the fit was not quite right and therefore uncomfortable.
Once home I reviewed my on-line banking and rather than have a refund, I had been charged for the Boots. I telephoned the shop and was advised due to data protection I had to return to the store to sort out a refund. I then had to travel back to Chester, 30 minutes away, pay for parking and return to the store. I had no apology from the shop assistant or the Manager for the great inconvenience and cost that I had to incur, the staff stating it was human error! Terrible service.

Comfy slippers
Love the sheepskin slippers, so ordered a pair for myself and a pair for my daughter. Very comfy and good fit. Would recommend. Received within a couple of working days, quicker than expected.
