Loving my new fleece …
Hi it was very easy to order and came into store very quick for me to collect. I love the length for a fleece will be great in the autumn and spring even in the summer on a chilly evening when on a dog walk. Overall 11 out of 10

Good quality and value
Easy to order on line. Picked up in store and the staff were friendly and helpful. Tshirt is of good quality, fits true to size and is as seen on photos. Specially good value as I bought it in the sales

When I paid for my top on 6th April I was told if I gave my date of birth I would be sent discount vouchers on my birthday which is 9 April…
I have not received any vouchers ! WHY ?

Chester store staff friendly but efficient..Will revisit next time in Chester .
Visited Chester store to purchase Arden ankle boots in the sale. Did not have my size to try but the staff could not have been more helpful..making sure they were still in stock online and giving me the product code so could order them quickly. Very quick delivery and I'm not disappointed..the boots are excellent quality would definitely recommend.
