I had a lovely shopping experience yesterday at the Fatface store in Chester with Debs the personal stylist. She was very knowledgeable about the products they had in store. I tried on things that I would normally have walked past. Several items purchased so very happy.

Excellent Customer service
Visited the Fat face store in Chester on 22nd March 2026, the customer service was excellent. Debbie was absolutely brilliant with helping me choose clothes that suited me both with style and colour, I will definitely be returning to book in with her for a style consultation which is something they are offering to customers. Thank you .

All round fantastic!
It was very easy to order what I wanted and I had my order delivered to a Next store the following day for free. One of the items ordered ended up not fitting, but it was very easy to return in store and the staff at my local store are brilliant. They had another pair of jeans in the next size up, which were perfect! I was delighted with the pair of shoes I ordered which were in the sale and at a fantastic price and fab quality. One of my go to shops for clothing which is high quality and long lasting, They also offer a Bluelight discount.

Another excellent shopping experience
I ordered online to be delivered to store. My order was available within a day. Lots of lovely great quality items and lots of natural fabrics too. Staff are always welcoming and helpful.

Easy online order process and click and collect to Chester store. Very efficient. Lovely member of staff retrieved my order very quickly.

We experienced great customer service in the Chester store yesterday. Jasper was extremely helpful. They made our experience in the store a real pleasure. Lovely store, lovely staff. Special thanks to Jasper they were great.
