From ordering to collection
From ordering to collection, the whole process was smooth.
Emails to confirm ider, dispatch and ready for collection.
I arrived in store in Chester to collect and no waiting and servedby a lovely friendly member of staff.
The quality of the men's slippers are better than any other store.

An inviting store.
So good to shop in store on a visit to Chester. Multiple sizes available in my preferred tops so able to find the best fit. Bought three tops in two different sizes so the shop experience was easier than choosing which size might fit as I have to do online. Excellent sized fitting rooms.
Staff were on hand to help and most friendly.
A most pleasant store with an inviting layout.

Staff are always polite and helpful, I really like the rustic shop decor, it's very pleasant and makes Fatface different to other 'plain' brands.
Clothes are appealing and nicely made.

Great product.
Really like the shirt I bought but a bit disappointed that the Chinos were unavailable in shop and online.

Comfort, quality and femininity
I have been a FatFace customer for about two and a half years. Since then I have noticed that the clothes in my closet are from there. They are well made, feminine, comfortable and of good quality. I have had a few disappointments that left me quite disappointed because I became attached to the clothes and had to get rid of them. But overall my trust and loyalty have only grown over time.

Variety of great clothes
The items of clothing are well made and the staff are

Easy to navigate website. Found the perfect item … denim top with added bonus of being in the sale. Delivered to my local store. I was kept up to date with delivery progress. Friendly staff in the Chester store when I collected.
