Great experience
I went to return the dress I bought as it was a bit smaller. Was pleasantly surprised to get even my shipping refund back. I ordered another dress from store with help of lovely fatface employee. She was very kind and helpful. Had an amazing experience and looking forward to receiving my order.

Ordered a T Shirt for my daughter on line to be delivered to my local shop.
Size available.
Arrived within 3 days. Packaged well.
My daughter found the neckline a little wide. I have returned it to the store for a full refund.

Made 3 orders, enough to confuse staff
Made 3 orders, collected at store . Staff confused and couldn’t find the other cos some idiot checked in the wrong ones couldn’t be bothered to check the order numbers and shoved other parcels somewhere they couldn’t find. All was ordered for collection but some came through by the Royal Mail postman and Suggested that it must have been sent to my house. Showed them all emails that it was all for collection at store. Had to helped them work out the mystery of the missing parcels! So much for ordering loads, fat face Store and online couldn't cope more than one order! Be weary of ordering more than one parcel at the same time frame . Not doing it again.

I have looked into this and I can confirm that you placed one of the orders on a standard delivery instead of click and collect and so this may have confused matters in store. Great customer service with both my purchases and returns. I bought some items in store and others online and the returns process was so straightforward and easy. And the items I have bought are gorgeous! Great quality, lovely clothing.

I now exclusively shop at Fat Face
I now exclusively shop at Fat Face. The style and quality of the clothing is pretty much the best I've come across. The sizing is consistent from Season to season, and stuff from 10 years ago wears well and still looks good, even if I don't.
Customers service at the store in Cribbs Causeway is always top notch. As a disabled shopper, I occasionally use a wheelchair, when I do the staff couldn't be more helpful when I need assistance, offering advice on sizing and getting me possible matching items I hadn't spotted.
I don't need to go anywhere else. Thanks.

Love the range of products
Love the range of products, always good quality, helpful staff. Unfortunately price inflation means I have to be more discerning and try to limit myself to items in one colour rather than buying items I like in more than one colour as I've often done in the past.
