Thank you very much Maxxi and Sarah for your lovely and helpful customer service. I find finding jeans boring and a headache but Sarah and Maxxi got me sorted out with a lovely pair in no time and made it a fun, positive experience. Nothing was too much trouble and I am so happy with them my jeans I can not wait to go out and wear them. Maxxi and Sarah are only young but they are beautifully mannered and sweet. I hope your managers and families are very proud of you. T x

Lovely selection of stock on display unfortunately not the trousers I wanted to try on so I had to order online

Very helpful staff nothing was to much trouble for them. I was in a wheelchair and it was lovely that the staff actually was asking me what I wanted and not asking my caret it was so nice to have someone to ask me and not talk as if I wasn’t there so thank you to the wonderful staff in Cribbs causeway that works on Tuesday

Online order to click and collect was easy to use. Quick reminder to collect and fast collection in store due to a very efficient filing system according to the shop assistant! Great quality leather belt. Only query would be to give the belt width as part of the product info online.

I was in the Bristol area and called in the cribbs causeway branch. Found the top I had seen online but didn’t have my size. So the lady there offered to order it for me which she did. However I had a message from fat face stating problems with your system and not available to order. However I did order it with marks and Spencer online a few days later.

Having bought t shirts previously size was not a problem and the website showed the images well to allow me to select the items I wanted.
Communication was good so I was able to collect at a convenient time for me.

Ordered a pair of shorts that were in the sale, didn’t want to pay postage so asked for them to be sent to my local Fatface store. I was kept unto date with delivery information and collected them with no problems, tried them on in the store and was very happy with them.

Good quality clothing at very reasonable prices in the sale.
I had to return a couple of items in store and this was done very quickly.

Gaynor was super lovely and helpful from the moment we stepped in the store, even amongst a busy sale period. We left with items for myself, husband and toddler - Thank you Gaynor!

Picked my dress up also has to return a bag l bought for my daughter no quibbles all done with a smile l asked if l could try dress on for size no problems at all lovely dress so a very happy customer

Excellent delivery to store but item ordered did not suit. Was able do try on when I collected it and obtain a refund immediately.

Fab as usual. Loved the sale items. Free delivery to my door. Easy to take any you don’t want back to store for a friendly and professional service.

I was assisted today in store by Clair, in buying a dress for a wedding. Clair went above and beyond with help and advice, resulting in me buying the perfect dress. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone.

Great items and super quick delivery. Boots bought as a birthday gift and my daughter was very pleased too
The pull on jeans for my son were great fit, thanks for doing them in older sizes as my son is autistic and can’t cope with buttons so these are great and give him independance

I went into the Fatface store at Cribbs Causeway to look at jeans, I was approached by Gaynor who asked if I needed any help, she explained that the jeans were in the stockroom & asked if I had an idea what I was looking for as she could go and look for them.
I mentioned that I was looking for the Chesham Girlfriend jeans and not only did she come back with the ones I asked for,but she had also brought out another pair that had been reduced in the sale.

I tried both on & bought them both.

I was very happy with the customer service and will definitely be shopping there again.
