Great service
Called into the store to have a look for holiday clothes, great offers on the bikinis and some good reductions on other summer items. I was served quickly at the till and the lad that served me ( Lewis I think he was called ) was really friendly and helpful. As I was buying holiday clothes he asked if I had a holiday planned and showed a genuine interest in chatting to me about it, he was a real credit to fat face.

Clean store with good layout. Staff visible and approachable but not intrusive. Very polite, helpful cashier. Lovely idea of 20p charge for carrier bag to go to a named charity

Everything went according to plan but rather disappointed that after ordering online & then going to the store to collect, the item was considerably cheaper there. The staff however were brilliant, friendly & helpful.

An order was on the 4th September to be…
An order UKF1012695823 was placed on the 4th September to be delivered to the Fatface store in Dalton Park, delivery should have taken 5 days. However I am still waiting for an email to confirm my order is ready to collect.
I called into the store and spoke to the Manager, but she could not help.
