Eventually got what I wanted
Eventually got what I wanted, a combination of my online order mistakes and delay in receiving refunds for my returns. Overall good experience with customer services and the outlet shop at Dalton Park

staff extremely helpful here.
The staff extremely helpful and took time to show us other tops we had missed when looking. Came home satisfied with info of online shopping as well, we made 4 purchases and got the size we wanted on line for one top. Would highly recommend

Above and beyond.
We went to Fatface at Dalton Park Seaham, whilst we were in there Maxine the assistant really stood out with her helpfulness, we could not fault her as she went above and beyond resulting in the best possible outcome for us. We will be using this store again, thank you Maxine for your helpfulness.
