Friendly and helpful staff
Really friendly staff who quickly obtained what I wanted from stock as the correct size wasn't on display. Also sorted out my click and collect purchase without any delay

Easy, friendly, quick collection
Ordered a dress for store collection. It arrived it 2 days at the Exeter store and collection was super simple….ask at the tills and the excellent member of staff found it with a couple of minutes.
I was offered to try it on but I declined as I was dressed for snow and couldn’t face getting undressed! However there is a free returns label included so I could return after trying it on at home..
As the dress is as usual absolutely beautiful I have of course kept it!

I ordered a product for click and collect but did not get a confirmation email to collect, so my order was cancelled and refunded, after a few phone calls to Customer services and the store, they were able to locate my parcel. Thank you

Beautiful quality as always
I wanted to say that it was due to great customer service from one of the ladies at Exeter branch. I'd gone in and saw the skirt I liked but was in a rush, so I returned but the sale was over and no skirt . However, the staff member told me its available online still and 3 days later it was delivered. All due to her genuinely saying, can I help you ? when she saw me walking twice round the shop. Don't know the ladies name unfortunately but all praise for her attention.

I normally love FatFace but!!!
I normally love FatFace but I was highly disappointed in the service I received on Monday in Exeter. I wanted to purchase some sale items, I had to change up some love to shop vouchers. I asked the sales assistant if I could put the items aside for about 5- 10 minutes and she said no we can’t put back sale items. So I had to purchase the items by card and then once the vouchers had come through about 10 minutes later I had to return to the store, return the items and re-purchase them using the vouchers. Now I am out of pocket £72 until the refund has come back onto my card which can take 10 working days.
Such an unnecessary process. My local store always hold sale items for me so I can exchange vouchers. There was only one dress in the store or I might not of worried otherwise. But for the sake of holding the items for 10 minutes would haves saved a lot of hassle. Thanks a lot, NOT.

The best clothing brand!
Absolutely love this company! The majority of my wardrobe is from here. The clothes are such excellent quality and I feel you really get good value for money. Always had good experiences ordering online and shopping in store.
