A helpful member of staff in Malvern
I've just been to your Malvern store and your colleague Cindy couldn't have been more lovely and more helpful. Nothing was feeling right and she took the time to make some suggestions for different styles and I ended up with an outfit that made me feel really good. I wouldn't have tried it on without her suggestion and I really appreciated her help and kindness.

Well done Michaela. Excellent customer service. Searching desperately to find a bikini in the sale in certain size and design. I had found something but I had purchased the incorrect size in part of the set. Michaela checked website, other stores and the wearhouse for me. I kept the original in the end but that doesn't take away the fact the service I received was spot on. Thanks

Malvern shop reigns supreme
The staff at the Malvern shop are always so warm and welcoming. The manager, a lovely smiley chap, goes always above and beyond to help you and there is a friendly atmosphere at all times.
Other stores are always a positive experience as well, but my home branch wins!
I love Fat Face clothes and accessories, long may they remain on the high street!

The guy that works at the Great Malvern branch is amazing! He is so friendly and helpful, he makes the shopping experience feel personal but he is also very professional. He is a great asset to the Malvern branch and the company.

Lovely items
Lovely items. Also very helpful with returns. I was after a specific pair of jeans but needed to order multiple sizes to find the right fit. The store staff (Malvern) were so friendly and the return was completed quickly.

I had a great experience at the FatFace Great Malvern store. The shop is always well-presented, clean, and welcoming, with a lovely autumn range to browse. The staff, including Emily, Mikey, Maggie, and Travis, were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to be helpful, even making shopping with kids pleasant! They efficiently sorted a refund and reorder for me without any hassle. Overall, fantastic customer service—would happily shop here again. Four stars!

Excellent!
My wife and I went yesterday afternoon and my wife bought a beautiful dress in the sale. Great value. The staff - Heather and Travis - were so welcoming, helpful and had a great sense of humour. We left with a warm glow. Thank you both for such a positive experience.

I'm fortunate to have a local Fatface shop. Staff always friendly and helpful. If they don't have the item I want in stock, it can be ordered and delivered to them, for free. The only drawback can be when items are out of stock, particularly in sizes 12 and 14, but that's life!
