The assistants were so helpful and gave me really good advice. I was so disappointed to learn that the shop is closing permanently on 20 June - a real loss to the town.

Small but sweet🚀
Hitchin fatface is a great shop. I buy stuff in there regularly. From socks and boxers to tshirts, belts and coffee mugs.
Friendly and helpful staff too!
Only downside is that it is a small shop and so doesn't carry all the range and you sometimes have to go home and buy online, which I don't like.
Still a great shop with good quality gear! 5 stars plus👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great shopping with FatFace
Great customer service in shop When the size of item required wasn't in stock staff quickly found online details, copied them down for me so I could order at home.
Home order was promptly confirmed and despatched with relevant tracking information emailed. It was delivered swiftly and I was really pleased with it.

Very poor I was refunded from a gift card online with a voucher that could not be used I in store and the woman in Hitchin treated me like a dullard.
