a friend was wearing one of your summer scarves and I admired it, bought on line, had it delivered to a store that I was going to be near the next day, and collected it as per easy instructions. Very pleased with the scarf and with the collection point.

Kingston branch/ Shorts
Kingston branch the assistant Tessa was extremely helpful in looking up the type of shorts I needed as she knew there was another pattern in the style I already had and liked. She ordered them for me, ( as not available in store) and they were delivered to store ( free) in two days. Great quick service. The shorts are fab! Thank you Fatface

Evil goat
Such wonderful, friendly staff. Asked if they could help with anything, when I mentioned I was looking for a top to go with the skirt I was wearing they suggested great options and ordered a dress for delivery for me because the size I needed was not in stock. Such wonderful humour and cameraderie among staff makes for an amazing shopping experience, from the happy buyer of an evil goat t-shirt 😂

Good product rather poor comms for collection
Two shirts were as described, look good, happy with purchase. Men’s short sleeved linen and cotton. Too bad that I was advised about a 3 day delay, on the morning of collection: they were a gift for that day! We changed plans, went elsewhere, only to receive another message that the shirts were in store! so we drove back to Kingston to collect. Given £10 voucher as compensation
