FatFace - KINGSTON 3 Avis 

I could find exactly what I wanted online. And it was lovely to order something in the sale that wasn't in the shop. Liked I could pick it up and not pay delivery charges.

Staff in the Kingston branch are unhelpful and rude! I was trying to return something for my mum, who was unable to get to the store, and rather than apologising politely to say this wasn't possible the staff were dismissive, unfriendly and passive aggressive and it was honestly one of the rudest encounters I've ever witnessed as a customer. I won't be returning back to this store.

Have ordered from Fatface as I never knew that did clothes for the fully figure. I did not feel intimidated by the staff.
They didn't have my size but I ordered on one day and it was with me the next.
I ordered the Mabel jacket and the Nia dress. Love them.

Customer service very poor. Lady opening the shop didn’t respond even for Good Morning. If you are not happy change your job. Went to White Stuff. Amazing service as always and better offers.

Yana was amazing! She helped me find jeans and pants after the airline lost my luggage. She was thoughtful and complimentary and dealt with my body issues professionally. I will come back for help in the future and tell all my friends!

The Kingston store is immaculate! Despite being in the throes of the Boxing Day sales, the store is beautifully maintained and the start were so lovely to my slightly feral toddler!

I have been looking at your women's PJs for a number of years but the quality was never there for me. Way to flimsy compared with the mens. I looked on envious of my partners FF PJs with Polar Bears, Penguins etc thick and super comfy.
This year however you have excelled yourselves. Not only thicker, better quality women's PJs but with whales on them! So good I bought both styles and the matching T-shirt.
As an avid whale watcher, I couldn't be more thrilled. Can't wait to wear them on my next Whale Watching Expedition!
Well done FF. I've been a customer for over 30 years and will continue to be for as long as you maintain your quality and design edge ie contrasts, buttons etc which set your clothes apart!

I loved my shopping experience at FatFace in the new shop at Kingston. Gail and Yana were so helpful - I think it has to be one of my best shopping experiences. I have PKD and a very long back so need a particular fit of clothes. Both Gail and Yana recognised my issues and were so considerate, going out to the stock rooms to find items that weren’t even on display yet, then really looking after me as I tried everything on. They did all of this without mentioning anything or asking any questions. I really felt looked after and spoilt. The range of styles at Fatface was great and the service was exceptional. A really lovely pre-Christmas shopping experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Lovely jumpers, lovely staff at collection in Kingston upon Thames branch

Collecting an online order from the Kingston-upon-Thames store this morning - the till was busy, but another assistant immediately noticed I was waiting and came over. She left to get my order and the assistant on the till spotted me waiting and asked if I needed help. Pleasant, helpful and quick and lovely atmosphere in the store itself.

I ordered 2 tops from Fatface online. They were in the sale and I received an email to let me know that they were ready to collect from the shop. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I had a look around the store and was impressed by the quality and colour range of the clothes for women, men and children, as well as ideas for Christmas presents. I was very pleased with the tops that fitted well and look good.

I love Fatface generally.. the stores are always warm and inviting and the fit is always good. Fatface Kingston is lovely and the staff always friendly and helpful if you need to ask them a question.

Quick and easy from purchase online to collection.

Really disappointed with the staff in there, I went to return trousers for my relative, the lady asked why I wanted to return them and I said my dad didn’t like them, then the other women jumped in and said I couldn’t return it, which I’ve never heard of not being able to return something if I have the reciept and the card used to buy it, I’ve also looked on Google and can’t see that you can’t do it, but that’s fine, I then proceeded to say I was going to call my dad she then shouted and said that I couldn’t return it’s so no point in calling him, (I was only calling him to tell him what she was saying about me not being able to return it) she then refused to tell me her name and stormed off, I was completely shocked at her tone of voice from the get go, she wasn’t even serving me.

We came into Kingston shop to return a pair of trousers for my girlfriend’s elderly father. The Australian lady started shouting at us saying how this is illegal because it wasn’t the buyer returning the item. My girlfriend was spoken to in absolute atrocious manner. No need to be so rude! When asked for her name she refused and walked off.
