I brought 2 dresses using PayPal pay in 3 from fat face collection from in store one I didn’t like so because I got free return label I posted one dress back through the post office and got refunded for the dress I returned so all great

Staff in store are always so friendly and helpful
I’m a regular shopper in the Milton Keynes Fatface store and every time I go in the staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever I need anything. Today I went in looking for a new top I had seen online but was not yet out on the shop floor and Arna went up to the stockroom to find it for me. Teegan also helped me recently when I was searching for some sale items in my size, she spent ages trying to locate them online and in other stores for me - I managed to get everything I wanted in my size so I was truly grateful. I had a lovely chat with Holly too today, who is also very lovely! I don’t know the names of the other staff in the store but everyone in there is consistently so helpful whenever I need anything, aside from the being one of it favourite clothing brands, I always love going into this store!
