Wonderful service from Holly
I popped in to the store today just on the off chance as the sale was on. The store was tidy and organised and everything was easy to find. I was able to purchase two lovely dresses.
What made the visit even better was your staff member Holly who served my at the till. She was professional, friendly, positive and made each customer feel important. She is an asset to your company and should be recognised for the exceptional service she provides.

I have no email updates on my click and collect order and I had to approach customer care to know the status and even after the response came back asking me to approach store before going for collection which was very annoying

Upon looking into this further, I can see that you were emailed on 14/07 and 19/07 to advise that your order was ready to collect from the store. My colleague advised you of the same when you emailed in on 19/07.
In future, please feel free to give the store a ring and they'll be happy to let you know if the order is ready. They would also be happy to hold the parcel for longer, if you are unable to collect it in the given timeframe.

Tried to purchase two item's apparently one item not in stock sent me the one item but not told which one until I complained. Why leave unavailable item's on the website be it colour or size surley in today's technology they can overcome this problem without to much effort
They must look at it from the customer point rather than what is good for them.
The members of staff who dealt with it were excellent but management need to look into improving the systwms

The dungarees are lovely but the sizing is very small. I bought an 8-9 for my 7 yr old skinny granddaughter and I am having to replace them as they look too small
