Good customer relations
Good customer relations. Pleasant staff.
Ease of ordering and returning items.
My only complaint would be lack of short fitting trousers and dresses. What you do get in disappears like snow off a dike!

Size not in shop but Linda the shop assistant at Morpeth ordered online and my order was delivered 2 days later. Excellent service from both Fatface and their Morpeth shop.

Good Experience
The Assistant in the shop was very helpful and gave good advice. I ordered 4 items online and bought 2. No problem returning the other 2 items to the shop.

The shop assistant who served me was rather rude. She had an accent from either Australia or South Africa. Her interaction was short so it was difficult to decipher.

Reliable style and quality
Pleasant woman behind the till retrieved my parcel. Love my new sweater. I’d spotted it earlier in the year and was delighted to purchase it in the sale. No doubt I’ll have this item for years to come.
