A good visit
Well set out store. Labels clear. Discounted prices clearly written. We were with young children and the assistant kindly pointed out the colouring and bauble activity which the five year old was happy to engage in. ( Bev, I believe) This gave us a bit easier browsing time.
Bev was excellent and friendly on the till, but a queue had built up and it seemed that there were no more till trained assistants for a while, though eventually a second came.

Great service
I was served by Beverley who was very polite and friendly. I mentioned that my purchase was a gift and she gave my some gift wrap for it. She was very patient with my having such a long email address.

Good service and lovely items
I ordered some slippers, pyjamas and a hat online and my order was delivered quickly. The slippers are so cosy and warm, and the pyjamas are really comfy. Unfortunately the hat was a bit small for me but I was able to return it in store and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Arrived at the shop at the end of the day, soaked with rain and Mia was extremely calm and helpful. I was looking for a handbag and she showed me several around the store, having listened to what I needed and I found the perfect one. As I was waiting to pay, I noticed a dress which I liked. Mia found 2 different sizes and a longer style which saved me several trips to the changing room. Found the perfect size and felt very happy with the help I had.
