FatFace - SOUTHAMPTON 3 Avis 

I usually buy online but sometimes I go to Rashden and Southampton and buy from there. I like the products, they are of good quality, they are comfortable, they don't change their shape after washing.

I went to the Southampton store to return an item that I bought online but it didn't suit me and while making the return the lady on the tills, Ana, asked me about the second item that was on the list, if I liked it and if it was a good fit, which I said that I was going to keep it but if the boots where a tiny bit bigger it would be better. She proceeded to check if they had a size up in store, even knowing that it was a sale and I mentioned that I would have to go home and come back on top of the closing time and there was a chance that I wouldn't even exchange the boots, she still put it on hold for me so I could go and pick the pair I bought first.
Once I was back at the store, and after doing the exchange, she even remembered what I had told her almost 1hour prior and wished me a good trip to NY.

Easy to use website. Delivery arrived on time. No complaints.

Always receive my goods within the next or following day!
Great choice to choose from ,if anything I spend too much as love your clothes and accessories!

The Xmassy socks were good as ever. I loved the jacket but not keen on hoods unless detachable. The fur lining was nice to have when weather was cold and was nice and light when I tried it on. The top was pretty just a little tight but I should have ordered the 14 but a little low at front biut a nice length though which is nice when you are 5ft 2". Still like lots of Fat Fat clothe etc. 🙂

Very easy to order with excellent results

Lovely old-fashioned service from Ali at FatFace in West Quay shopping centre in Southampton. They didn’t have my size on display in a shirt I had selected in their Black Friday sale. Despite my pessimism, Ali checked in the store room and came up trumps! I was so bolstered, I added a second item to my purchases. I’m sure there would have been no sale at all had she not gently spoken to me, offering her assistance.

The lady who gave me my parcel was absolutely delightful. She was just so smiley and lovely to talk to. So sorry didn’t get her name but she told me how she cycles to work.

I would like to share my experience from the store in West Quay Southampton. I came to exchange the item without the receipt and lovely lady/ member of staff Nicole spend at least 10 minutes searching for it in computer. Nothing was problem for her and she helped me with everything I needed with smile on her face. I was really happy with her service, she definitely made my day.

Me and my friend went to the Southampton store in West Quay shopping centre today and we had the best experience. We were helped by a lovely member of staff called Ally who went above and beyond to help us, getting different sizes etc. She was also helping another lady who was in the changing rooms too. Ally had a lovely demeanour, professional and friendly all rolled into one. Thank you Ally!

The lady who served me was exceptional. She was very polite. Listened to what I had to say. Went and looked fir another poncho what wasn’t damaged. Nothing was too much trouble for her. To too all that off she gave me 10% discount because I was a new customer. I was delighted

FatFace is my go to store and I have shopped at the Southampton store for a number of years and have always found the team members fantastic, helpful, friendly and polite but on this occasion I was unfortunate enough to encounter a new member of staff that was rude, arrogant & condescending, his attitude may have suited his former retail establishment but definitely not what I would expect from Fatface!

I’ve always found the Fatface staff to be very helpful and friendly.
I purchased a sale t-shirt in store and later decide I would like to purchase another one.
It was not available online but when I phoned the local store in Southampton they checked their stock and held one aside for me until I could get there.
In another instance I purchased a t-shirt online which arrived within days.
When it was delivered it was a slightly different colour lightness to the one I had seen in the store..
Obviously, different batches can be slightly different.
When I took the t-shirt into the store the assistant offered to exchanged it for another one and gave me the option of a refund straight away.
I can recommend the store to anybody looking for quality clothing which is made of premium fabrics with extra attention to detail in stitching and tailoring.
I’ve always been very pleased with their clothes.
Their clothing have all the latest colours & styles which have lasted and worn very well over time.

The text to say it was ready to picked up, informed me it was ready and at the store. The lady who call for it to brought to the till was lovely and it happened quite. Always happy to shop in fat face.
