Changes in sizing
I've ordered several items recently in a size 6s or 6 for tops and everything is absolutely huge!! Ive been buying fat face clothing for years in this size and am really disappointed that you have altered your sizing and made everything so big. Your size 6 is easily an 8/10 . I'm currently wearing a size 6s jumpsuit from several years ago and the comparison is ridiculous. Who are you measuring for these sizes ?
As someone who is a petite 5ft2 I'm unfortunately no longer able to buy the clothes I love.

I ordered a size 14 but got sent a 24…
I ordered a size 14 but got sent a 24 instead.
Tried to return the item at my rarest branch whose tills had gone down so couldn’t do any card transactions.
Not impressed.

Fantastic customer service at WestQuay Southampton. Shopped three days in a row. Love the quality of the clothing. Was well served by Lesley, Sandra and Wendy. All very pleasant and contributed to it being a great shopping experience.

I love fat face clothes for my son
I love fat face clothes for my son. I wash and dry them frequently and they remain the same colour and don’t shrink. Although they are more expensive than the high street brands, they last for months. If I buy a top from another shop, I can guarantee after one or two washes it would have shrunk! Buy cheap buy twice! That’s why I buy fat face! In the long run it’s much more cost effective.

Above and Beyond (Southampton)
My husband has wounds on his feet - FatFace slipper socks are the only thing I can get onto him without pain. Emily at Southampton went above and beyond to find me some, searching through stock "backstage" to get me 2 pairs as they were no longer on sale in the shop. I was so relieved (and slightly over-excited!) To get them. Thank you for not just saying, "If they're not on the shelf we don't have any" but making the effort to try and help. I must also mention her very helpful colleague who was wrestling the arm/a top onto a mannequin at the same time!
