Bought a pair of jeans online in their sale - they said they would be delivered to store on Saturday, then on Sunday (I know they don’t have deliveries in Sundays, then 1 to 2 days after that, then would be delivered as ‘as expected’. Finally 2 weeks later they cancel the order saying the jeans are unavailable from the supplier and 3 days later refund my money. In the store the staff tell me they frequently sell items in a sale that they just don’t have. Waste of time and very frustrating. A shame because the clothes are pretty good quality.

Delivery is always on the day it was promised, got no complaints about that.
The staff at Tavistock are always polite and helpful, very friendly and know the clothes with good advice

Delivery to store
I had my items delivered to the Tavistock store. All very efficient - and free - which is always a bonus! Six sale items purchased with two returned to store with no bother at all.

Lovely service always . I love the clothes and only shop at fatface. I love the sale esp online . I order what I want send it to the shop for free then try it on in the changing rooms. If its not suitable its refunded and it goes through very quickly . Thankyou Fatface
