Great service at Fatface Totnes
Great service at Fatface Totnes. I was trying on dresses for a wedding and I had no idea what suits me or what to buy. All three assistants, Kate, Lauren and Millie were helpful, complimentary and provided the type of good old fashioned service that makes shopping on the high street such a pleasure. Thank you ladies. And I was very pleased with my dress and cardi and got positive reactions!!

Summer clothes shopping
I decided to have a shopping day out in Totnes. The first shop I went to was FatFace. As soon as I entered the shop staff said "Hello" which was nice. I've been into this branch many times, staff are always friendly and approachable nothing is too much trouble. the displays are well set out. I purchased the lovely Paige shirt. At checkout I asked about Bluelight discount and was surprised to be told I would receive 20% discount. A special Thank you to Lauren and Kate, good customer service. Well done!

Great customer service
Visited the Totnes store today and was greeted by very friendly and helpful lady called Kate. She helped me choose some different styles to try on and was very professional throughout. Although I didn't end up buying anything, I felt very welcomed and not pressured. Great to find there's still some people with excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!

I ordered a glittery black and gold top for a new year party. I collected it from a nearby shop. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Packaging was good and the top was lovely

The staff in the shop couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The item if clothing was very good quality and very good price. Whenever I go in the shop the staff are always helpful. I love Fatface

Great styles from a BCorp who care
Great styles from a BCorp who care about their impact on the environment and how staff are treated. Very happy with online purchases of several cotton tops, fantastic cord wide leg trousers and a maxi dress I live in. My go to place when I need something new. Great staff in the shops too, always cheerful and helpful.

The click and collect service was fast and staff in the shop were very helpful, especially as I was able to order a shirt in time for my partner's birthday which wasn't in stock in the store.

Free delivery to my local shop
Free delivery to my local shop. Parcel arrived quickly and I received a message to collect. Friendly helpful staff at the shop. Very pleased with the sunhat, which was safely packed in a box. Good quality at a reasonable price.
