Totnes store great service
I purchased the Ruby polka dot jumpsuit in two sizes and delivered to Totnes store. Great service as always from the team there. Always friendly and happy to help. The jumpsuit was great and got the size I needed.

New jacket
We visit some friends in Totnes (we live in Surrey) and I left my jacket at home. I went into Fatface to buy a jacket, Lisa was incredible helpful. I love my new jacket.

Clothes you feel at home in
It started with one T shirt. Now I can’t stop buying from this shop.
Great quality and comfort for someone with a relaxed sense of style.
And, the staff are amazing.

I went to the Totnes branch of FatFace and was served by Levi! Excellent service and very helpful and offered superb alternatives. As they did not have size 8 ladies flip-flops in stock I bought a size 8 in mens! Perfect a great solution! Thankyou

Nothing was too much trouble! Excellent Service! Beautiful skirt
I ordered a skirt and when it arrived it was too big! took it to the nearest Fatface store (Totnes), they cheerfully refunded me, found me the right size and applied the code for my 10% first purchase discount which I had forgotten to do when shopping online! The skirt is great, good quality fabric easy iron like the length too! Very satisfied with the easy online shopping and the valueable help of the ladies in the local store!

Cargo trousers
Slight delay in receiving the order, but not a Fatface problem. Parcelforce! Excellent trousers which I will probably wear every day for the rest of the summer (and autumn and winter).

Gorgeous material. Yet unflattering.
