I have reported unwanted calls and v.mails for 2 months, on sev occasions. They issue ticket numbers!
Never take action. I provide a list of the numbers...they do 0.

There isn’t a lawsuit in existence IN AMERICA that has a filing fee of SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. THAT’S THREE TIMES THE FILING FEE OF A DIVORCE IN NEW YORK. Three index numbers. So how is it possible that a complaint in federal district court costs half a month’s rent? GEE IS IT BECAUSE THE FCC IS STAFFED WITH LOBBYISTS FROM THE WIRELESS INDUSTRY?
I have been lied to FOR MONTHS by VERIZON. All you corporate hacks did was forward my complaint to the “executive offices” bogus)
1. Total by Verizon owes me a COMPLETE REFUND. But their “executive” said that since I no longer had service with Total and with Straight Talk(WHICH IS OWNED BY VERIZON) they would just pass me off to Straight Talk.
2. Straight Talk promised to send a new SIM CARD and it was the highest priority. Two-three business days.
NO SIM CARD. I called back. Repeat SIM CARD #2. NEVER ARRIVED. THAT WAS SIX WEEKS AGO.
MY Phone is under warranty. Tracfone customer service said my warranty could not be activated because of the pending SIM CARD SHIPMENT. BLATANT DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE. Then I was told that my warranty was not valid because I had not purchased the minimum number of service plans. BLATANT LIE.
TOLD I COULD NOT SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR OR CORPORATE OFFICE
I am a LAWYER ADMITTED IN NEW YORK AND THE LEVEL OF DECEPTION AND LACK OF ANY ACCOUNTABILITY, AND THE FCC THAT EXISTS IN NAME ONLY IS SHOCKING.

I have a ongoing billing issue with AT&T for the past 6 months and the FCC did a great job and got AT&T to start moving on resolving problems.

HOW IS THIS AN AGENCY FOR THE PEOPLE????? ALL OF THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE FIRED. EVERY POLICY THEY MAKE HURTS CONSUMERS AND IM SICK OF IT!!! LOCAST SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO STAY, BECAUSE NOW THAT THE FCC MADE TC STATIONS MOVE TO A DIFFERENT FREQUENCY SO THEY COULD SELL THOSE TO THE MONOPLOY PHONE COMPANIES... IS A DOUBLE BLOW TO PEOPLE. TV STATIONS INTENTIONALLY BROADCAST ON A WEAK SIGNAL SO THAT MOST PEOPLE CANT PICK UP OTA CHANNELS AND THEY FREQUENCIES OF CELL CO.S ARE ALL FOR SHOW AND MAKE NO REAL EFFORT TO MAKE YOUR SELL PHONE WORK!!!! SO SICK OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THERE IS NEVER ANY ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!!

The FCC is the organisation responsible for allowing 5g microwave technology into the public domain with no safety testing. It is considered by experts to be extremely dangerous and promises to cause even more health problems around the world than the existing 4g microwaves.

Sign petitions, write to your representatives in government to have 5g stopped because the FCC only cares about money, not human lives and the welfare of the planet.
