Bought a pair of cycling shorts from FDX. They were bigger and thinner than expected. I returned them and FDX replaced them with a smaller and more substantial pair. Very pleased. Used FDX a few times and will do so again.

There are not enough stars on here to say how brilliant this company is. I have bought from them a few times but on this occasion they went above and beyond. I recently bought a new outfit and wore it out for the first time on Saturday. I was unfortunatley involved in an accident and came off my bike and i totally ruined my outfit. I messaged the company on a whim to see if i could get a replacement and 2 days later whilst at home recovering i received a replacement outfit.. Im so overwhelmed that a company would do that. Thank you so much I look forward to buying from you again and getting back out on my bike in my new new outfit. xxxxxx

What wonderful customer service from this company. Ordered some cycling shorts which were slightly too small. Contacted the company, could not have been more helpful. Sent returns labels for the too small ones and sent the next size as soon as they had received them. Kept up to date with state of order throughout. Faultless service! Thanks to all concerned.

I had a problem with a product where the zipper failed after 4 outings. I contacted them by email, they responded the next day and the replacement item arrived the day after that, no charge, no questions asked. This is a level of customer service I rarely get in the UK.

I ordered a red windproof and waterproof cycling jacket in XXL. I wore it and found that it was too big. I asked the company if I could exchange it for a XL jacket and they agreed immediately. I returned the original jacket by post and the replacement jacket arrived a few days later. A very professional service.

I have now withdrawn my legal case against this company, due to the settlement of my claim. Although they have refunded me in full, Still disappointed this has taken almost 8 weeks to resolve.

In fairness they did resend out the replacement size, but Royal Mail delivered to wrong address so never recieved the goods. I would be happy to purchase from this company again, to see if their customer service has greatly improved from last experience.

I bought a cycling jacket as a Christmas present for my brother. He couldn’t open it before the return date. The jacket was too small. It was replaced without any fuss. FDX paid for the return.
I have used them previously and can honestly say that it is an exceptional company. Quality of goods and customer service outstanding.

October 2021 I bought the FDX thermal cycling tights I'm 15st plus and bought the 2XL which were a great fit as I'm not slim. Then I bought the winter thermal jacket in 2XL and 3XL gilet to match. Excellent value, performance and fit. Honestly FDX clothing is an exceptional buy for any cyclist looking for quality cycling apparel which will not break your budget like other major companies.

I bought a pair of thermal tights as a gift for my boyfriend a week before Christmas and was worried when I didn't get a notification of despatch. I emailed a few days later and they sent out another pair by fast courier without any hesitation. These arrived in time for Christmas and my boyfriend is so pleased with the quality. We will definitely be buying more from FDX in the future.

I ordered a waterproof cycling jacket (L) it arrived quickly but unfortunately it was tight around my neck, I phoned and asked could I return and get the next size up (XL) I paid return postage as per terms/conditions which was fine because I had ordered the wrong size, I posted it back and after emailing them to show proof of postage they immediately posted my replacement and I received it the next morning which was super quick. The FDX jacket is top quality and the service I received was even better as these days other suppliers can be hard to get hold of especially if you require help. I will most certainly be using this company again for future purchases and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I have purchased many items from FDX tights, shorts long sleeve and short sleeve jerseys, gloves etc all of excellent quality and well worth the money. Items arrive very quickly and on the couple of occasions that I have had a problem the customer service has been second to none with replacements sent immediately.
Highly recommend FDX for all your cycling needs.

Trotz diverser Versuche Kontakt herzustellen gab es nur vereinzelt vertröstende Antworten. Angeblich falsche Sendungsnummer, nicht nach Deutschland geliefert und bis heute keine Klärung trotz Versprechungen. Bei Paypal einen Fall eröffnet und auch hier keine Reaktion von FDX. Ich vermute hier Betrug.
Nachtrag:
Nach dieser Bewertung bietet man mir an die Ware jetzt zu senden, aber dazu soll ich meine Bewertung in 5 Sterne ändern. Das empfinde ich als Erpressung und einen unlauteren Wettbewerb, hier sollen positive Bewertungen gekauft werden.
Weiterer Nachtrag:
Ja, die Ware wurde laut Tracking nach Deutschland geliefert, aber wohin in Deutschland, es ist ein großes Land.
Es steht ja nicht einmal die Stadt da. Die Verkäufer sind nicht einmal in der Lage dieses Problem festzustellen, vermutlich sind sie überfordert selbst zu lesen.
Abschluss:
Auch Paypal gab mir nun recht! Offensichtlich konnten die Verkäufer auch Paypal keine plausible Erklärung über den Verbleib der Ware geben. Der Versuch mich zu einer positiven Bewertung zu bringen (für mich Erpressung) spielte wohl ebenfalls eine Rolle.
Fazit:
Lasst die Finger von dieser Firma, besonders wenn ihr die Ware außerhalb von UK empfangen wollt.
