Update: the seller answered my call and was very professional. He apologised for the experience and offered a full refund processed immediately and told me to keep/dispose of the damaged bib. The outcome has raised the rating.

Ordered bib shorts because reviews were great and looked like a good company. Order arrived with a delay and damaged. Have been emailing, calling and text chat messaging the company but no answer or reply. Please don’t risk your money with FDX, it’s not worth it as you won’t be able to get a response from them if something wrong. I should have known better.

UPDATE 2: Contacted FDX again as requested. This time they responded immediately, apologised and resolved the issue fully to my satisfaction. Thank you FDX. As a result of this, I have now upgraded the rating to a 4.
UPDATE 1: Thank you for answering my review. My order number is 39478. However, you have not left an email address. The email I sent it to was the one on your website. I have since tried ringing the number on your website and this just rings out and then cuts you off after a few minutes. COULD YOU PLEASE ADVISE WHAT EMAIL ADDRESS TO CONTACT YOU ON. Thank you.
Ordered an item which was not up to the quality I expected having ordered a similar item description previously. I have contacted them via the chat bot, the contact us form and also the email address and have had no replies. It appears that if you have any problems then you won't get them sorted out because they just ignore you.

I bought my husband 2 sets of cycling gear. I wasn’t quite what he wanted so I contact the company and they said return it and they will exchange it. I returned it, they received it and have now ignored my calls, texts and messages. So I have had to make a claim through PayPal.
The item we got was good quality and we would have bought many more, but not now the company clearly has tried to do us out of money.

They sent wrong item,agreed to reimburse postage ,3 emails later still no reimbursement so I had to go through PayPal to get it back . There are many other companies out there with much better customer service with costs nothing and gains more custom .

I have a number of FDX cycling shorts, I ordered some long bibs, and a long sleeve top 2 days ago, they arrived today, very impressed with that! The fit was great, the quality seems great, style, reflective stripes, everything great. Oh, and the all important padding in the shorts and bibs, super!

My first time using FDX the products arrived faster than expected. I had a question to ask which was answered over a weekend, excellent service.
A subsequent order has now been placed and now looking forward to it's arrival.

Friendly great communication, very competitive price for high quality product, I highly recomend the organisation and there product range.

My order #1140 was placed almost a month and a half now. I haven't recieved it. Tried to contact fdx and no one ever got back to tell me where my ordered items were sent to.

Issue with initial order (small tear in stitching on arrival) was resolved very quickly. I sent a photo, received an immediate response to say a replacement had been sent out. The replacement arrived the following day. Excellent communications and customer service, the items appear to be very good quality.

I have been buying my cycling gear from fdx for a couple of years give or take now and can honestly say they have never put a foot wrong.
Sensibly priced quality clothing, lasts well, washes well, comfortable, well made and good looking. Delivery is always quick, communication spot on and customer service excellent, I won't buy from anywhere else now and sing their praises to anyone that listens 👍

Sizing issue resolved and smaller jacket sent out within a few days. Just a pity it wasnt Free Returns. Decent quality jacket at a good price , will definitely order again, will try some bib shorts next.

Ordered a bike jacket, great quality, well priced and much better quality than other cycling clothes in the price bracket. Would thoroughly recommend and will be looking to add more clothes from FDX

I ordered a pair of cycle shorts and chose the free delivery option - and they STILL arrived the next day. You can’t argue with that. They’re really nice shorts, too, way better quality than the price suggests. I can’t recommend FDX highly enough.

Ordered a cycling jacket on the thurs, arrived the following day fri. Great quality, great fit, great price. What"s not to like?

Very good quality, although the size of cycling shorts are smaller than other brands..
My friend is very happy with them now, because I give them to him for a birthday present 😁
