Really fantastic customer service. Friendly owner who replies to any queries quickly and professionally. I ordered some photos to fit into my locket necklace. The order was lost in the postal system (so not at the fault of Fetherlings). When I raised this with Fetherlings, they immediately sent out a replacement order at no extra cost. The photos are also great quality and exactly what I wanted. Great company who I would readily use again. Many thanks.

I got two welded bracelets from Featherlings and love them. Matt is super friendly, helpful and had great attention to detail. I initially approached him as I had two sentimental charms that needed new chains and Matt was more than happy to oblige and no request was too much. I’ve had welded jewellery before from other places but really enjoyed and am super happy with Featherlings. Will continue my collection there as I loved the selection chains too!

I ordered a photo charm and when it arrived I wasn't happy with the photo I'd chosen, I emailed them and I sent it back and chose a different photo it was completely my fault as the first photo wasn't of a good standard. They replaced the picture for me and got it back to me in record time . They made no issue of it and we're so helpful would highly recommend them I now have a perfect picture charm yo treasure for ever

I had a ring made with my Dads ashes who passed away last October. I am very pleased with my beautiful ring. I would certainly use them again as they made the process very easy with the fact everything is still so upsetting. My ring has given me a bit of comfort knowing I have part of my Dad with me everyday. Thank you Featherlings.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Matt at Featherlings for the beautiful ashes jewellery he made for me.
I ordered the silver heart ring and the silver heart pendant they arrived beautifully packed in a box with a certificate,a little keepsake with ashes in it, also a cleaning cloth. Once Matt had received the ashes my order was delivered within a week.
All through the process from ordering to being delivered nothing was a problem to Matt.
