Chris was amazing. From the minute I clicked on the website and filled in the form, he was on WhatsApp talking me through the process, keeping me updated and walking me through each step.

I hadn't realised that not only would they sort out the finance but that he would source some suitable cars for me based on what I'd told him. I picked one that I liked and he did everything else including speaking to the dealer to make sure everything was in order.

I can't fault the service and would recommend them to anyone looking to find a new car.

John, Hanna and all the team have been some of the most helpful, approachable and brilliant people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I've been looking for a new car for some time and due to rebuilding my credit record I've been turned away. Other bad credit lenders Pepper you, harass you and do not give you space to breathe. FFF we're different. They were patient, understanding, not pushy and hnderatand that an individual is more than his score. (I did initially think I couldn't use them as I was male)

All communication was completed on line via WhatsApp and was very impressive every step of the way. Absolutely amazing from start to finish, getting a finance car is very daunting specially as your first car but Chris helped me out every single step of the way and continues to even after my car purchase- he talked me through the car stuff as i had no clue about cars. the whole process took a couple of days and i was driving away- had a couple of hiccups with the dealership and chris sorted them out and i could not thank him enough for all of his continued help

Cannot thank John enough for securing me finance.. I have been declined for the past year and desperate for a bigger car for so long! I have 4 children and really needed a 7 seater!
