Great until things go wrong. They were very helpful until the point of sale. Unfortunately I had issues with the car. I reported them and got no reply for a number of weeks. Spoke to them again to be told my case handler had ben let go hence no reply. OK these things happen but what annoyed me more is when I listed the issues with the car I was told it was outside of the 30 day period. The fact I reported it within 30 days and got no reply was of no concern to them.

Tom was really helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process!
