I ordered my normal size and they were definitely too small. I was leaving for a trip soon and emailed
customer service thinking there was no way I would have the new size in time. They helped me get the exchange moving so quickly and I had the right size before I left.

Kept seeing Femme everywhere and finally ordered. I get It now. The shoes are beautiful, packaging was nice and my order came quickly. Already placed another order!

The shoes are beautiful if you want them to sit on a shelf, but unfortunately they were completely unwearable for me. The straps are far too wide, and my foot kept sliding all the way forward and off the sole.

What makes it more disappointing is that they only offer store credit. Most of their styles are open-toe, so I’d be hesitant to order another pair because I imagine I could run into the same issue.

The brand is marketed beautifully, but even the website doesn’t really show videos of people actually walking in the shoes, which now makes sense to me. I would not order from this brand again.

Omg, I wish I saw this before ordering from them 2 times!!
I ordered a first pair and I got it last minute late before my important event, I tried it really quick, it seemed ok, so I left the house wearing them, but 5 minutes into this, I realized they hurt my feet so much!!! $200 shoes, crazy! And they were not small, just the right size, my foot is not wide. I reached out, of course no refund since worn, offered a discount for a next pair. Ok. I was like maybe just a bad choice, I’ll choose something more comfortable since I have a discount.

Ordered a second pair, very low heel, advertised as comfortable. Wore at home for couple of minutes, my feet are in pain all in red marks, unbearable to wear. Not worn outside, so obviously reaching out to return. No refund is available, store credit - no way, not ordering another pair from them. Then I see they are trying to charge me for a shipping. No thank you! Not paying anything extra for another one unbearable and useless pair. Then they rejected the return, basically forcing me to keep it lol. I will get my refund through the bank in this case, scammers!

This store is definitely committing some form of fraud with their shipping. I filed with the DOJ and FTC about it. I paid for 2-day shipping, and I still do not have my package. They claim it was the shipping company; however I spoke to the shipping company, and it is definitely not them. I would do regular shipping or order from somewhere else. They'll send numerous emails that give you the run around about what's happening. BE VERY CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THEM!! They're deleting real reviews as well without realizing it is illegal to do that per FTC. The company is asking Trustpilot for my personal information in order to respond to this review. This shows they know they're guilty. I had to email the Office of the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section involved with this order to get my information removed from their website because I started receiving numerous spam calls. If this truthful review is removed, I will get FTC involved and investigate for both companies.

This place is a complete scam. Their policies are hidden. The shoes run oddly small and the quality isn’t anything impressive. Don’t waste your time with their horrible return policy

1 star. Absolutely awful company. I received the wrong size from them after already paying £50 for delivery. I then had to send the incorrect item back at my own expense, which cost another £40 — no free return was offered even though the mistake was theirs.

After the return, I was only given store credit instead of them simply shipping the correct item. This meant I had to place another order and pay £50 delivery again, only to then be hit with a £93 customs fee when the correct item finally arrived.

All Femme LA offered for all of these extra costs and inconvenience was £90 store credit. Which all came from their mistake in the first place by sending me the wrong item. Terrible customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. Be prepared to pay more than double the cost in delivery costs and customs.

I ordered a pair of heels from femme.la a few weeks ago and honestly, they are even better in person. The quality is solid, and they managed to be surprisingly comfortable right out of the box. I wore them to an event all night and didn’t have to deal with that usual breaking in period.

The design is really sleek and looks much more expensive than what I paid. Shipping was quick and they came packaged really nicely, which is always a plus.

If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it. I’ve already had people asking me where I got them. Definitely planning on grabbing another pair soon.

Purchased two pairs of shoes, from China, and the quality was not good. I attempted to return them and now I have a $267 store credit for more Chinese made garbage.

I wish I could give them -10 stars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! True scammers! Never buy anything from them! Horrible quality! Horrible customer service! Horrible policies!

I purchased a pair of heels from this brand and wore them only twice. Unfortunately, after such minimal use, the inner lining near the heel began tearing and the gold finish started rubbing off. The material feels extremely cheap and delicate, which is surprising given the price of the shoes.

In addition to the material issue, the shoes were very difficult to walk in. My heel repeatedly slipped sideways while walking, which made them feel almost impossible to walk in comfortably or safely. Because of this instability, the material inside the heel quickly began to tear.

When I contacted customer service and provided photos, the response was that the damage was considered “wear and tear” and that I should consult a cobbler for repair. I found this disappointing given that the shoes were practically new and had only been worn twice.

At this price point, I would expect better quality materials and basic durability. Buyers should be aware that if an issue occurs after wearing the shoes even briefly, the company may simply classify it as wear and tear and offer no real solution.

Dont trust Femme la. Gave me a defect shoe and keep lying about a protective film, that was never on the shoe to begin with. Extremely contradicting and has horrible spelling mistakes. Who did they hire to email me at 1am like a drunk person ?!

Looks like Im not the only one receiving used or damaged shoes. I paid $210 (originally priced $300) for a pair of used black suede boots. I tried them on and they fit great and I liked them so I set them aside. When it came time to considering them for an outfit, I noticed the bottoms were very much worn. The tops looked brand new so I didnt think to check the bottom right away. I emailed them and they did not care at all and basically said Im out of luck. They told me I had 3 days to let them know they were faulty or damaged. I dont even open a box sometimes for a few days. Their website says 7 days. They also have a 30 day return policy. I noticed they were worn on Dec 24 and they were shipped to me around Dec 6 or 7th. How does their returns not examine these and then repackage these in this way, used. This should be standard practice to examine these before shipping out. They deny sending me used shoes. So I have to dispute now. What a disappointment. BAD customer service.
