This company has terrible communication and follow-through.

I paid for a done-for-you package and funnel. It took months to launch. Things would stall for days or weeks unless I personally chased them down, and several things I was told would happen never did.

There were multiple times where something could have been cleared up with a quick phone call, but instead nothing would happen until I followed up. I shouldn't have to constantly prod a company to keep the work I paid for moving.

My contract said I would get data analysis and reporting. I got none of that during our engagement, despite asking for it multiple times.

A couple months in, I asked for a call because I was frustrated with the lack of communication and the lack of information about how things were going. My rep agreed that the communication had been poor and told me I'd be getting a report.

Two weeks went by. Nothing.

I emailed asking about the report. No response.

ONE MONTH LATER, I followed up again. Still no response.

I would never treat my clients like that. I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase a company down to get something that was supposed to be part of the service I paid for.

There was also a glaring gap in the process they created. Leads were coming in through the campaign they created, but there was no initial follow-up happening with them.

I didn't find out about this until weeks after the campaign launched. By that point, a bunch of leads had come through the process without receiving any follow-up and I had no idea this was happening.

When I brought it up, the answer was basically that I could just call them myself.

This was supposed to be part of the service I was paying for, and instead I had to discover the problem myself and figure out how to deal with it.

Overall, bad experience. Would not work with them again.

I could probably say a lot of things about Evan and Cam, but what differentiates these two guys from any other coaching program, in my opinion, is that I've been to probably all of the ones that you have heard of.

These two guys have more depth of knowledge.

The offers Evan knows about and the copywriting skills that Cam has are incredibly unique and one-of-a-kind.

What I would say is the best about these two guys is:
- You actually feel they care. They hop on random huddle calls with you to fix your issue. They get back to you, and the things and deliverables you want them to approve are very quick.
- The quality of information that you will find inside of their program is incredibly high.
- The guys inside of the group are a bunch of heavy hitters and big shots that you can just text and write to and learn from, which is incredibly valuable.

Overall, I would say join their program and you won't regret it.

Joined SMO and immediately understood why everyone in here is constantly posting wins. These guys actually know their shit, move insanely fast, and somehow manage to give better advice in a Slack reply than anyone else I've paid has given in an entire 1h 1-1 call.
