Fenster Glazing Avis

Had Fenster fit a new front door, replace glazing and fix broken and missing locks and replaced a window with bifold doors in an extension. They have done a great job, their fitters were extremely professional with great attention to detail and I love the products! Definitely using them again!!

This is the 4th time we’ve used Fenster to replace various windows and doors. As usual, everything from the initial quotation to the installation went smoothly, the work completed to a high standard. Tom and Johnny who fitted the most recent windows were professional, friendly and cheerful. We have recommended Fenster in the past and would be happy to do so again.

Used these boys for my whole house on diffrent occasions , house always left clean and great workmanship and windows/doors

Ben came and visited our place. Friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue really quickly. Many thanks!

Fantastic service. Fenster Glazing responded to my query really quickly and Ben was assigned to investigate my french door which has been difficult to open / close for many years. Ben gave a courtesy call on his way, removed his shoes before coming inside, and fixed the problem, explaining what he had done. Will definitely recommend.

I was really impressed with the company's communication and customer service. Every employee I had contact with was courteous and professional. The windows were installed very swiftly and the installers did a great job tidying up after themselves. I LOVE my new windows, and would definitely recommend Fenster Glazing.

From the helpful initial contact and the site visit to the installation and tidying up afterwards, the Fenster Glazing team provided an excellent service. The product is good. All in all, good value for money.

Excellent customer service from start to completion. The staff are polite, friendly, very efficient and do everything possible to meet the customers' needs. The experience has been smooth from the very start to the completion of our new door, which is stunning. From quote to fitting the whole process was so easy, hassle free. The quality of our new door is excellent. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Fenster. Perry was excellent when coordinating the fitting and follow up. The fitters were excellent. Super clean and tidy, efficient and we are thrilled with the end result!

I contacted Fenster last week to see if they could help me. My French doors were failing to lock meaning we couldn’t leave the house.

They sent Ben out the next morning who replaced the mechanism and also adjusted the door, closing up an annoying gap that’s been there for years.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fenster to friends and family, a really helpful and efficient company.

Johnny and Tom worked really well together. They were very polite and tidy. They worked very efficiently and there was a problem with the lock but they sorted it and said they wouldn’t leave until it was perfect

I live in Milton Keynes, I contacted Fenster Glazing for an uPVC replacement door. From the beginning to the end, they conducted professional communication, from sales to the technicians coming to replace the door everything was perfect. I had a draught issue with my door and it is resolved now. I want to mention that I am also happy with the quality of the material of the door. I am hoping to have the same quality of service in the future if anything comes up—special thanks to Perry for dealing with everything.

Replaced a broken glass pane of our sliding doors. The whole process was incredibly easy and smooth. It was done promptly and for a reasonable price. Would recommend this company to anyone.
